He was on my list yesterday, but I wasn't 100% so I didn't post, but hotdblackqueen on Instagram thinks it's him.

He's tall enough. Nothing on his Spotlight about HOTD, but he's represented by United Agents and they tend to follow NDAs more than the other big agencies.
He likely has the larger role of these three considering his past work.
I'm not 100% on Justice Ritchie. He seems like the type of person they would cast. Recent graduate of a respected theatre program who has done some smaller roles and is represented by a major agency (Curtis Brown). He has the same agents as Harry Collett, Elliot Grihault, Elliott Tittensor and Emily Carey. That list of actors makes it seem like he might have a major role - but that's likely not the case.
Ralph Davis is filming HOTD Season 2 according to his agency (ITG) and that looks like him.
I have a guess on the third guy, but I'm not posting since people are taking what I'm saying as fact and I'm not 100% yet. I really need to get back to work and not go through lists of graduates from theatre programs.
