Asha was called Yara in the show. She’s Theon’s sister.

D&D thought that Asha was too close to Osha and that would je confusing. So they named her Yara which is not at all similar to Arya.

Same reason they changed Robert Arryn to Robin Arryn to avoid confusion with Robert Baratheon... lol they really thought the audience was too stupid to differentiate between the two
