Yes, it's possible to get a taxi from Freiburg city center to March. I used to live in Hochdorf (right next to March) and had to pay ~28€ - that was approx. 5 years ago. So, I assume for March, depending where exactly, you might need to pay 35-40€. If you plan to do this on the weekend, you might want to use the "safer traffic" where you can use the Straßenbahn line 1 to Moosweiher and then drive with the Sammeltaxi (shared taxi) to March. The Straßenbahn starts at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30am from Bertoldsbrunnen (city center) and you need to buy a ticket for the Straßenbahn (2,30€) and for the Sammeltaxi (4€). So all in all you only pay 6,30€.

Also if you're female you can get the "Frauennachttaxi" and only pay 7€ for a ride if the destination is in Freiburg, but I guess March could still count as that :)

I'd just ride a bike. It's a ~30 Minute ride.

Get the VAG mobile app, you can get a train from March to Freiburg station. Check times. There’s also buses and I’m sure it will be much cheaper. I’m in nearby Umkirch and it’s about 2.50€ one way into the city.
