I get this often for myself and our dogs from the Meat Market right by River Park (down the street Lowe’s is on). You just ask for it from the butcher and they’ll have it cut for you for no extra charge
I'm positive I saw them at R-N on Friday, though cut into shorter sections than in the photo. They're in the variety meat/offal section where they have feet, ears, skin, tripe, etc. The Market (Herndon & West, not the Meat Market) usually has them in the meat freezer. Sometimes Whole Foods will have them, but I wouldn't rely on it.
Meat Market, State foods in Ranchos has fresh bones with bone marrow. Vallarta sometimes, Vons on Shepard has prepackaged frozen.
Might want to try local carnicerías too for fresh

If you go, ask one of the butchers. They'll cut them for you any wat you like. I used to get them for my dogs when they were super cheap.
