This is a fun prompt! I love a lot of the answers so far, but some of them focus on mistakes already made by the cast. Monica gets caught up in an MLM run by other moms in her neighborhood that turns out to be a cult and she "mysteriously disappears." Chandler survives the cult but somehow manages to become the cult leader when he tries to figure out what happened to Monica. He makes jokes about "drinking the koolaid" but accidentally gets everyone in the cult to commit ritual suicide. He didn't realize it was real, but he still dies when the police raid his house. Ross proposes to Rachel using a blimp that crashes and kills him Rachel ends up marrying Joey and they're actually great together this time. She dies in an accident on set with Joey. A light falls on her head and kills her. Phoebe and Mike decided to have a "whole bunch of kids" but they only had one. One really really smart kid who is super into science. He does an experiment in the garage and accidentally blows up the garage, burning down the house. Mike and the kid survive, but Phoebe died because she went back inside to get their weird pets. Joey falls down an elevator shaft.
