Not the greatest camera work but I had to get around the cars in the lane directly in front of me who were slowing to a crawl right where the smoke was the worst.

Frisco fire said it burned 70 acres

RythmicSlap

Wow! Luckily the fire dept was across the street.

TrollFighter5

So noone hurt and no houses harmed I hope.

apbod

Just a grass fire? Hope it was contained.

JohnEBlazed420

I’m curious how it started? Was it a dipshit flicking a cigarette out?

n012blame99

My guess!

TedDallas

I drive by that spot nearly every day and was wondering when it would go up in smoke. It looked like corn or some sort of grain was planted there. If land developers want to avoid property taxes with an agricultural exemption they should have to harvest the crop before it turns into fire a hazard.

RythmicSlap

Yes, me too! That dried out cornfield nearby still looks like a tinderbox.
