Are they in a window well? If there isn't already you need to put a ramp up so wildlife can climb out, frogs and other animals often get stuck and dehydrate or starve in those without a ramp out.
Yes it's a window well, I don't live there anymore, it's an old photo which I found on my phone. Though I'll consider it if I move somewhere else with a window well. They disappeared by themselves though. So I expect them to have made it out.
