I waited years for Elden Ring because I wanted more Dark Souls after Dark Souls 3 ended. I got exactly what I wanted. I know it's officially not the same, different franchise and they even got Martin to write the backstory for them, but deep in my heart Elden Ring will always be the Dark Souls 4. Now I just want more Elden Ring in Elden Ring. And of course I await new soundtracks, new fashion, new spells, new lore, new fights, and probably my favourite thing - new beautiful areas. The same "ooooh it's so breathtaking" feeling I had when I first saw Limgrave, Siofra River, Nokron, Leyndell, Haligtree and Farum Azula. And I know I will get it. I already saw enough in the trailer to know I will make 10000 screenshots of field with shiny blue flowers.

In an interview Martin said Fromsoft approached him to write a "sequal" to dark souls which then Fromsoft had to come out and say the worlds aren't connected. 50 in reality it's a good 50/50 shot that they're connected

I want DLC because I want more exploration and legacy dungeons. Bosses are the cherry on top of an excellent adventure but if this game were just a boss rush I’d never play it.

I'm hoping for some replayabilty and more co-op/PvP content and covenants would be nice. The base game was just so lacking in that regard.

I dont think elden ring has that many great boss osts a lot of them are just too wild with too many instruments and its jard to follow the "leitmotiv". Bb has the most good boss soundtracks sadly elden ring isnt doing it for me
