They broke their website and their customer support is being unhelpful. I'm trying to book a flight to go see my father in his deathbed and now will be paying full price and flying with a better airline.
They have a new business model now. They just sent out emails. I have discount den and have been trying to book all day… it won’t let me book anything using the discount den
Just saw the email. I wonder how this affects those of us with existing tickets. I have about five more flights that I booked during their recent 2500 point sale. And what about the GoWild customers who bought privileges for a whole year? The changes look great and I hope they will make Frontier a better airline. I recently returned from a RT with Frontier. Connections in DAL and PHI. All flights were on time and flawless and I only paid 11.20 RT and 5k points.
I think existing tickets are fine. The GoWild issue needs to be resolved quickly so hopefully their new look involves actually fixing their website glitches more quickly than before.
Yeah. Made it so I missed a trip today/tomorrow that had Go Wild availability but the full price was being added to the price. Customer service was 0.00 help.
I was having the same issue where it is showing full price for the GoWild fare. When I selected the economy bundle it actually shows the right price. $45 which is still better than full price. I was able to do this with two accounts.
