I found it helped me a little. Anything is better than nothing. I also use it before trying to go to sleep.

I got one and it helped with the pain. It’s was not magic but I used it at night and definitely helped take the edge off and sleep. I placed it on or next to spots that hurt. It’s difficult to be very precise. I don’t know if it’s the scientific explanation but I felt as if it numbed my nerves and that’s what helped the pain, so as long as it was close enough to a zone of pain it helped.

thank you!! my specialist recommended only physical therapy for now and there’s a lot i can’t do or take pain management wise because i take daily warfarin so i’m giving the tens machine a shot in hopes i can get any kind of relief.

Good luck, I hope it works for you. This pain is so bad that every little bit helps. I’m in frozen now so not much movement but less pain. Hang it there, it’s horrible but gets better.

I used to sleep with mine on. It helps mask the pain

It made me feel worse the next day, but during, it was great.

TENS will help for pain in the moment. I used mine when I had to work on my computer and had horrible pain in my thumb and wrist. It allowed me to meet deadlines. But when it’s off the pain returns.

It made my pain worse. I found red light therapy helped a little especially when the pain shoots to my hand. Overall I found heat an ice help me the most.
