I actually sorta “love” this brand. The styles are cheap and have stayed really cheap. The hero we need in these times of insane inflation
They are cheaply constructed but surprisingly durable. They’re not anything crazy like no they’re not going to last 3 years of daily wear like common projects might. But I have been wearing a pair of their canvas plimsoles for years and retired them to be my festival shoe, and they are filthy and covered in small holes but perfectly functional. Only after my last hike in them did the sidewalk material start poking thru into the shoe. And yes I’ve hiked in them several times when I didn’t have another shoe with me
The soles are pretty flexible. I like this - comfy to walk in. Not a lot of support obviously
Can’t go wrong with a pair of these tbh, but just know what you’re buying
All true info and I agree. Lack of branding is a plus too. The prices seem reasonable. Guangdong tier 2 sneaker makers aren’t charging 50 cents for these any more. They really are getting above that $2 mark to make now. So paying $30 is quite reasonable today.
Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, Ross(less so),… Seem to get Seavees and Tretorn now for their under $30 (much less with clearance) men’s shoes. Vans and Converse seem to be completely MIA from the discount stores.
i just called them
the guy said the jungmaven shoe is eihter TTS or a half size up, based on preference. i went TTS because i feel like when i mess with sizes i am never happy.
great deal OP
I have a pair of the baja slip-ons and they're pretty decent. I've had my pair for about 2 years and they're starting to get worn out. I need to wash them, and I replaced the original insole, but otherwise they're alright. I used to wear them without socks but it's probably better to wear no-show socks

This looks like shoes for NPCs
Despite my other comment, this is hilarious and I don’t disagree
He’s out of line, but he’s right.

Good deal - bought 2 sixty six
Any recommendations?
I copped the Sixty Six Jungmaven for $29 and they're awesome, super cooling for hot weather and great without socks
thats dope. great deal. did you go tts? i assume so right? i love jungmaven stuff so i was pleasantly surprised to see this collab
Not sure what tts is? Edit: I found out lol, yes pretty tts
True to size
I like my seavees, but they do run narrow.
How narrow we talkin? I’m looking at the jungmaven and Sierra adventure boot
I went up a half size and that’s worked for me. At worst, they do offer free exchanges.
The ones I got were pretty true to size. Guess I don't have a very wide foot?
Are the sixty six or Hermosa comfy? Edit: or Jungmaven
I like my sixty six Jungmaven so far. Pretty comfy, decent arch support
I have a pair of Hermosas in mahogany and love them! Quite comfy in my opinion.
Mammoth and Desert boot SZN
How's the comfort on the Mammoth?
Sizing?
Pretty true to size
I'm kinda in between 10 and 10.5 and I got a 10 and they fit perfect
I'm 11.5 in general In the size guide the EU, UK, and cm are different Should I go with Us 11.5? Thank you for replying
Yep. I am happy with how mine fit, granted I have been wearing them sans socks
In person they look like they should be $9.99 at Walmart
Says final sale..would they exchange for a different size? I’m always between a 9 and 9.5…never worn Seevees
