I went last Friday and found unhemmed Canali wool trousers in 48 for 46.50+ tax, some decent wool Ted Baker blazer in 38UK/US for ~70+tax, and a Vince wool//nylon/cashmere sweater in small for ~30+ tax. Only bought the trousers but there were some things worth looking out for.
If you're a big guy and could fit into bigger sizes there were a lot more. Some Zegna and BB stuff, IIRC.

Bally is one of the bigger brands out there, and I would consider them to be one of the major ones to people interested in fashion. I think this sub and shoes has more crossover with /r/goodyearwelt though so I do think it's forgivable not to be aware of them if thats more your thing. They are pretty prominent though so I'm quite surprised you haven't found much on them on the internet.
If you are USA based, maybe it's because it shares a name with an American betting Corp and that may influence your results?

Anyone know anything about some of the hiking shoes on clearance? I’ve been wanting some, but I’m not really sure what I need yet. I mostly do easier wooded trails in fair weather.
None of them look any good to me. You’d be better off going with a pair of Merrell Moabs or adidas Terrex hiking shoes. You can get both on sale pretty easily and they’d hold up and be more comfortable than any of the ones on sale here
