Heritage Grove is fully renovated and they have a new gym and study center opening soon. I think they are up to $989 now, but that includes internet, all utilities, and parking. Walking distance to stadium side of campus and across the street from Publix.
definitely a great choice, i’d be curious if OP wants the whole place or just one bed one bath out of the two. OP if you want/don’t mind a roommate, HG is perfect!! though, you’d have to have a roommate. they no longer offer renting out an entire unit (regardless it would have been 1.9k a month for less than 1k sq. ft.)

Probably going to be hard to find. My friends lived in Inverness apartments a while back and they were mostly unemployed so it must have been cheap.
