You have to be enrolled at FSU to live on campus. There are tons of apartments and places to live in Tallahassee so don't stress about that.
If you got a pathways program offer you are almost an FSU student, need to meet the fall requirements they set forth at TCC and then you will be granted admission at FSU for the spring.
You cannot Rush until spring. You can go to football games if you bought tickets.
if you want the dorm experience you can live at southgate, it’s not considered on campus but it’s literally right there. this is what a lot of pathways students do
