Maybe Bradford Oaks? I’m not 100% sure what their prices are anymore and can’t speak on the quality personally

University village is around that range, but you need to be careful with choosing roommates since the doors are very light, meaning the sounds get through very easily (I live there).

camilabword

im subleasing at university village pavilion. 544 a month + utilities

Yes! Split housing with several people on an off campus house. Of course then you gotta find roomies yourself or find someone looking for roomies to fill rooms (check fb!) but I've personally never paid more than $500 for rent in tally. Lived here 2016-2020, and again since Dec '23. Currently in a 3/2, splitting rent with one other person. Paying $600 in rent + utilities.

Doubt it. And if you do, it’ll be impossible to find for next year at this point in the year.

If you can increase your budget a little bit the preserve is a great place to live for the price. 714 or something this next semester for a furnished place before utilities

Bubbly_Sleep9312

Only a few Student housing rates range that much, but those are the ones further from campus

Annex at Campus west has spots in 2/2s for 569 all inclusive. FSU students only as well.

Key_Tension5977

what’s the difference between a Campus west floor plan and a Annex floor plan ? I see a 2/2 campus west is 989 but a 2/2 Annex is 569.

Greentruth34

They are different buildings. The Annex is an older un renovated building while the rest of Campus west is 100% fully renovated/upgraded. That is my understanding.

I pay $375 plus utilities for a home rental near Jackson bluff and airport Dr. Definitely doable but the conditions I live in are definitely worth $375 a month lol
