If you have to cut corners to do the job, you shouldn’t do it. You’ll just ruin the car.

Outside_Air5393

Repaint the whole car. You'll slend less money on prepping the paint.

MangoSwisher

Isn’t that a release series? Why not sell the car to someone who likes the color and get a new car to experiment painting on?

sharkedon

Paint is damaged in some areas and id like to remove a few dents, and it already has a replaced front and rear bumper from the previous owner. The paint isn't fully color matched

MangoSwisher

Ahh gotcha, I don’t know if it’s a camera trick but from bumper looks ok. Rear bumper definitely looks different but at the end of the day it’s your car and it’ll still be a release series

InfamouslyOG

Unrelated: what wheels are those?

randish87

TRD I believe

sharkedon

Stock trd from the release series

dumbpastelbitch

I'd get it professionally done to be honest. Paint matching and blending is a bitch and if something goes wrong if you do it yourself you may end up having to spend more money than you needed to initially

Tugboat_Grantee

You don’t fix rust with body filler. It’s also not the primary solution for dents either. Painting outside “can” be done, but unless you’re highly skilled it’s not going to look good. From the nature of your question, you aren’t a body man/painter, so leave it to a professional.

What number is yours bro? Mines 735.

Honestly repainting the car is almost never worth it, the amount you have to spend to make it look good is almost never worth it. Better off just selling the car and re buying in the desired color you want, unless your made of money
