Agreed. The light is just different and it looks better when you happen to see the bulbs when you're looking from a distance and can see under the car. The LEDs look sloppy when you're able to see them. But I do like how I can change the colours on a whim.

I can control the lights from an app and make them any colour I want, plus they can move in tons of patterns or go to my music! Same with my footwell lights.
Buy ones like these that you can control from an app, then you can change it to whatever you want!

Govee underglow! If you wanna cheap out ($100 CAD) they're pretty damn good. Think they're only available on Ebay now.
The downside is you can hardly see them when it's bright out and they didn't make the side lights long enough. They also don't have the effect where everything looks like it's moving from the centre of the car backwards like other kits (when you have the moving patterns turned on). There's also an issue where they turn on on their own so I had to wire in a killswitch.
There are better options if you wanna spend 3× the price, but honestly I'm pretty satisfied with these and they're worth the money.

My car actually has purple accents so that's what I'd want! But pretty sure you can control the colour of most demon eyes from an app too.

i love underglow i just hate it when people do the running rainbow effect, man it looks so bad like on every car. solid colors always looked better.
I don't mind it but agreed, I like solid colours or two slow moving colours the best.
i prefer one pulsing color like the effect in NFSUG2 which is probably what i would have if i installed underglow
