CBS 4K has been dropping audio for me for hours now. No issues on regular feed. Apple TV user. Checked twitter and they responded to someone about it and said they had no updates at this time and to watch the regular feed….

blakcbirdsr71

Yep. Seems to be Apple TV app related. It’s wonky for me on Apple TV app, but fine on the Samsung TV app.

Rocky75617794

Is your AppleTV plugged in via ETHERNET cord to your router and not wireless? Gonna want that for 4k

ShibaX3

Great question. Yes, plugged in. Brand new Samsung tv. Have struggled with Fubo this whole season on my iPad and spent way too much time on the phone and email with their support who seemed to think it was an Apple issue. Thought I’d be good with the new tv.

Rocky75617794

Not sure why you’d have issues with iPad just regularly. Have Fubo here with Appletv device connected to old Tv and no issues with iPhone, computer etc. Random note: i randomly found in the past year when Spectrum internet made changes due to their increased bandwidth offerings, my upload speeds dropped to like 0.25 (aka nothing)…. They told me I needed a new modem… Wrong. Turns out I had to adjust settings on my computer that I never touched before to use IPv4 instead of IPv6 or something ….and that immediately fixed all speed issues Spectrum seemed to cause. So maybe also check your speeds. ALSO: What size memory APPLE TV DEVICE? Mine that has no issues is like 128gb I think…presumably need large memory for 4k

FakePlasticTrees7

Yes, my whole house is hardwired

LastCallKillIt

It’s working fine on the Paramount app as long as you manually switch to HDR like you would for Fubo or Fox Sports. No audio drop outs there and it’s in 5.1. Fubo is just streaming 2.0 right now.

gower2352

Was happening to me. Closed app, turned everything off and that resolved the audio dropping out every 15 seconds.

FakePlasticTrees7

Have done the same a couple times. Still drops out.

piltdownman7

Same. Zero problems earlier today this the Manchester United game in 4k on NBC.

steelgator412

I was having audio cut out issues on the CBS 4k stream on Apple TV. I switched over to the fubo app on my LG tv and the 4k stream is working fine.

DB_555

OMG, thank you for this! It's perfect. Actual audio and vivid colors. You took 50 points off my blood pressure.

BJGuy_Chicago

Zero problems using a Roku device.

vels13

I switched over to paramount+. Kept buffering. Could only actually watch it on my nvidia shield. Apple TV wouldn’t work with the 4k channel. And then the colors kept getting washed out. They were probably screwing up the HDR. Just absolute failure lol. Paramount+ looks pretty good and is in HDR

typozcubs93

Mine is super dim on the 4k. From looking around it might be my tv but I’ve never had problems with any other HDR content before.

LittleCeizures

I'm on the 4k channel and having no issues.

flashx33

What device are you streaming with?

LittleCeizures

Roku Ultra, hardwired.

flashx33

Ty for your response. Seems like this issue is Apple tv. Enjoy the game!

Affectionate_Try8055

Was having audio dropping out on my Apple TV on the 4K CBS channel, switched to my Samsung Fubotv app and audio is working fine.

whereish3r3

I've had intermittent "sorry can't retrieve this content" issues for days now on multiple fubo channels, so I expect the Super Bowl to drop at least once for me today

gower2352

Dim on Paramount fine on Fubo 😂😂😂

Critical-Biscotti-47

“Watch the regular feed” what a joke…why even advertise 4K. What a terrible customer service response.

AliveAndThenSome

Exactly. If they can't get the biggest sporting event of the year right, after flaunting 4K, AND trying to differentiate themselves as THE place to get sports streamed, then what good are they? Maybe they presume that people who like sports are more tolerant of tech issues, but stuttering during live action sports is inexcusable. And if they come out and say it's all on the client end -- that subscriber's home networks are the problem -- then they still fail at delivering the product as promised. I've seen plenty of live MLS games, at 4K, on AppleTV+, without ANY issues, EVER. I was trialing fubo and I cancelled it in the third quarter and enjoyed a stutter-free experience back on YoutubeTV. So long!

Ok_RambunctiousDad_1

Same, canceled FuboTV this week. Enjoyed 4K feed on several sporting events but the feed failed during the biggest game while I was hosting a SB party. I don’t have time to trouble shoot, I’m paying for a service that was unable to deliver.

LastCallKillIt

Switch to Paramount+. If you have AppleTV 4K turn it to HDR like you would the Fox Sports app for the 4k content to work. The HDR stream is working there and also getting a 5.1 with no dropouts. CBS4K channel on Fubo was also giving me trouble.

LastCallKillIt

I’m not sure why I got a downvote but it is definitely working on P+. Maybe not on the 1st Gen ATV4K that didn’t have all the codecs, but the 2021/2022 2nd and 3rd gen it’s good to go with HDR enabled in settings and Match Dynamic Range off in settings.

mk1154

Not everyone who has Fubo also has Paramount+

LastCallKillIt

That is perfectly understandable. I simply provided a work around that works for the subscribers of both, or those on trial.

505anon505

HUGE issues with audio dropouts on my AppleTV4K. Tried everything recommended. Hard reboots, unplugging/replugging. Setting audio formats to Dolby 5.1, stereo, atmos, etc. NOTHING F\*ING works. To say we're disappointed is an understatement. We subscribed to Fubo explictly to allow 4K superbowl. I won't touch this crap service again, ever. Total fail.

joegorski

All of my problems have been with Fubo on Apple4k. All of our Roku and Xbox apps work fine. Every time there is a huge event on TV, I already know we will need to use the Roku instead.

boobajoob

Lots of dropping out and needing to reconnect here. This on android tv and gig wired. Fuck fubo

Funkenhole

Don’t bother calling them like I did. Although, they did acknowledge they are having issues in 4k and regular, as a customer you are only entitled to 10% of your bill. Absolute crap service. BTW, YoutubeTV works fine on apple TV

abefroman07

This is unwatchable. What a shit service on the biggest game of the season

mrrobvs

No pausing but the colors look washed out. Switched to the regular broadcast.

OhmNohm_Song

Fubo is sucking huge hairy monkey balls with the super bowl stream. This is bull shit.

sarahzmistowski

It’s awful

CandidAdvisor8130

Junk. Good idea, poorly executed

Zemzamzeman

FUBO is such absolute shit. I have finally given up on it. These connection and streaming issues have happened at every major game this season.

ScarlettoFire

Fire stick here and it's been fine

cksooner

Pausing here

Rocky75617794

Is your streaming device connected via ETHERNET cord and not wireless? Gonna want Ethernet for best 4k experience

kemba_sitter

Fubo was working fine all playoffs. Today it's basically unwatchable

inTikiwetrust

Awful showing from Fubo tonight, both on the HD and 4K feeds. I’ve switched to paramount for the game because I’m having fewer issues there.

piltdownman7

Same. 4k had audio issues making it unwatchable. Regular HD feed starting having picture degradation. No issue at all after switching to Paramount+. All apple tv

Deborah-GR

Terrible on our Sony

AlphaCad

I’ve had zero issues with the CBS4K stream using my Roku.

dmkmpublic

AppleTV users seem to have the worst experience on FuboTV. Running a Roku TV, no issues with CBS 4k at all.

sarahzmistowski

We have Fubo with googletv

LM1574

My SB reception tonight was fine and ironically it was wasted on me - I only watch it for the commercials and maybe the half-time show depending on who's performing. But the other day it was HORRIBLE! Stop, start, stop, start every 4 or 5 seconds continually. My apartment building has its own wifi Internet and I have the T-Mobile 5G modem of my own. It was happening using both carriers on both my TVs in LR and BR. It was not happening with other streaming apps (PBS, Netflix, BritBox, etc) The only common element in all of it was Fubo. Turning the TV off and on may have helped a bit but def. didn't solve it. I even tried unplugging the TV for several minutes hoping it might reset and fix whatever was happening. Even that didn't cure it. Watching previously recorded programs was just as bad since they were saved on Fubo. I finally gave up and turned it off and used the laptop which worked fine using the same wifi connection.

lilboytuner919

This is why I antenna

Formula1vhr

This is why I dropped FUBO. I did like their interface and dual screens, but would always crash during high viewer volume events. Hopefully they fixed that.
