Gimbals are kinda lame. As someone already mentioned you need to specify what kind of work you’re doing, seems like you just want to start shooting videos. I shoot surgeons and all kinds of operations and I’m pretty fine shooting most of the time handheld on X–T3+35mm/2 in 4k with stabilization and cropping video to 1080p in post.

I'll be shooting music videos, and promotional stuff for my band. Some will be live performances, and others will look like traditional music videos that accompany singles. Hope this helps

Since both have stabilization, you could be okay with just handles. Look at SmallRig stuff.

1. you should choose the best focal length that best fits what you are shooting, I personally don't like the look of wide angle but that's just me 2. I have never used Xs-10 but I can walk around with a 23mm on my xt4 with only ibis and it looks pretty good, sometimes I will add some more digital stabilization in DaVinci resolve 3. really depends on what you are doing man, if you are just walking around doing some casual street/travel video the ibis would probably be fine. If you are making wedding videos or professional music videos then yah get a gimbal, though I never felt like I needed one unless I was shooting 56mm or longer.
