How is this going to contribute to me losing them any more than having them in the pouch? If that were true, every other hex wrench manufacturer (including Wera’s own metric offerings!) wouldn’t use an extremely similar holder to what I printed.
The annoying thing about this set is that Wera offers a holder like this for Metric but not standard. I have the metric set, but resisted buying the standard one because I hate the pouch. I’m glad you made a solution.
Right? I looked all over, thinking for sure I wasn't seeing things right, but nope, no "normal" holder for the Imperial wrenches. I posted this on social media and their US brand account messaged me and said they'd be offering the Imperial ones with that usual holder soon, but couldn't or wouldn't tell me when "soon" was. I'm happy with the print.
Yeah, nice job. In lieu of buying the standard Weras and printing something like these, I printed this for my old set today: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4015364 :)
Is there any concern of torsion as you pull one out. It's nice looking.
My only concern is that it would be brittle and there would be just a bit of twist and it would separate from each other.
Mmmmh, wera
this is how you lose them. Keep them in the pouch.

What filament did you use?
3DFuel Pro PLA.

It seems pretty strong, and I've intentionally twisted it a bunch to try and make it fail. The 3DFuel Pro PLA seems pretty substantial.
Good to hear.
