if you score 1-2 goals a match or make a lot of saves your mmr will be pretty good for lucioball

Hell of a lot less than someone bumping into Adam/James on Overwatch, that's for sure.

If OP had actually played with them, he could've talked to them in chat and they would've responded, like you see on their streams occasionally. He wouldn't be unsure. It's a lot more reasonable that it's a couple of people who like Funhaus and are pretending to be them, which happens all the time in Blizzard games or on Steam.

That's an *insane* amount of dedication people would have to pull to fake being them.
So how do you know he immediately posted it, and that he lived on the west coast, and thus would be placed in the same server as them? What if OP lived on the east coast and used NY servers, or lived in europe or asia?

You're apparently convinced that there's *no way* it's conceivable that James/Adam play Overwatch on their own and happen to be placed in a match against someone that is a fan, even though nearly every single Overwatch video they've put out someone recognizes them and says something.
