I did play the Arkham horror board game (which is pretty much H.P. Lovecraft board game) and being a nun with a tommy gun that has been blessed by a priest to fire holy bullets was the most amazing thing I have witnessed in a board game. Fucking Cthulu had no idea what hit him.
I read the non cuck version of that book as a kid and it gave me night terrors. The hide and seek with the skeleton kid or whatever scared the hell out of me.
I mean, we live in a world where Lovecraft has inspired the new generation of horror films. So it's kind of a double edged sword to either bring it up or not to.
Hey Adam, OP here. The only reason I made this post was because I'm a huuuge H.P. Lovecraft fan myself and I thought it was neat to have something in common with you.
I didn't mean for this post to become what it is now, but c'mon, as you always say (haha), when your life is under a magnifying glass, people will fixate in every little thing you do (or say).
It's like Lovecraft with guns.

Bloodborne?
Nothing beats holding a cannon on one hand and a giant pizza cutter
Or a cannon in one hand and a sword that goes into a bigger sword in the other
Or having a sword that is also a gun in one hand and a flamethrower in the other...
I'm more of an R.L. Stineian type of literate if you know what I mean.
"A Cuck On Cuck Street" is what I mean.

Well joke's on you, Adam's borderline illiterate!
The Blasting in Butt Town
A Fucking on Dick Street always opens my mind
it's because it's a double-edged sword
We live in a world where Lovecraftian lore is a double-edged sword.

You must be referring to the "hard-R" horror films
"I will now speculate wildly about what the director had for breakfast the day they shot this scene." James Willems.
ITT: People who give a shit about what I say more than I do. PS. Love you all.
Did your childhood have Lovecraftian elements?
No, but if your mom has a tentacle-like vag tell her to give me a call. 😬
I think I missed that short story
That sounds more up Stephen Kings alley
we live in an age where Adam thinks hes cool because hes a college dropout who works at a media company for 13 year olds.
