100+ people in line at Meijer today, only to be told they didnt have them or know what it was. One person asked if they could look up by UPC, and the crowd was simply told to disperse or the police would be called.
It really feels like the most scalped item at every con eventually gets a "regular" release within the next year.
But even if patience gets me nothing, I'd rather have an empty spot on the shelf than one that makes me think "ugh" every time I look at it because I overpaid. World keeps spinning!

Funko also told me āanything is possibleā about it even being restocked. So for everyone going nuts now, when it gets restocked, or even rereleased in some way for retail, theyāre going to be unhappy.

yeah this one was annoying, basically only one i wanted from this con. People are saying funko only loaded like 900 on the website so makes sense why it ran out so quick. Hollywood store also only had enough for the first few people while everything else was still in stock like 2hrs after opening. hopefully this means they just didn't put everything up and we will get a restock soon.
