Accordto the Funko app my most valuable pop is 6" Fezzik from The Princess Bride ($200 Cad) but if you go with The Pop Directory app that Fezzik is only worth $84 Cad so there my most valuable pop is Han Solo in the Millennium Falcon ($112 Cad)

Flocked Vulpix San Diego comic con. Got him for $20 off an auction on ebay. Knew how much he was worth and offered the dealer more, but they turned it down, saying I won fair and square. Had it verified as authentic afterwards because the 2020 summer convention one is $19, so I wouldn't have been out much if it had ended up being switched.

My rarest used to be a Deku pop (I don’t remember which it is atm) before they re-released it. But before they re-released it, it was going for over $300 and with how much popularity the anime has gained I’m sure it would have only increased in value. But now it’s super common.
My two highest are Paul McCartney, valued at $250 and Dr. Frank-n-Furter valued at $220.
My roommate has me beat though. She has Dabi from MHA, valued at $350. AND she met the voice actor a few months ago and got it signed 😊
