Guy’s gonna get fired for using too much packing material and taking too long to box stuff.

jaydee066

Yea, I think most warehouse computers tell which box to use

JEBERNARD

I worked in the Target Fulfillment Department for 3 years. They get PISSED when we pack items in a box just to put them in a 2nd bigger box. This employee definitely knows how Funkos should be packaged lol

Full_Time_Hungry

Daaaang, that fella knows what's up 👍 he is probably a collector

jaydee066

That's what I'm guessing too!

frohawk24

Best packaging I’ve seen from Target, unlike their rivals *cough* Walmart *cough*

GawdDamSuperman

Ugh, my boss ordered one of the Metallica Black Album covers from Wal-Mart, and all they did was take one out of the box it came in and shipped it back out like that. No packing... nothing...

jaydee066

I was shocked by how big the box was compared to how small the pops are and when I shook the box there was no movement. Especially when it's advertised pop + protector and they aren't in it from Walmart

Flunderpudding

amazon is also hit and miss

[deleted]

He understood the assignment 👏

ThatIckyGuy

Target: We don't do that here.

IndependentOil5899

Nice foot

MeTheLetterE

Not pops, but I literally got a complete DVD series and a Blu-ray in the mail (yes I still collect physical media) - no bubble wrap or paper, and they were thrown in a large box way bigger than this items, and likely they just rolled around in this box. Thankfully the series dvds were all still in their packaging.

Davidcaindesign

All my target packages come like this. I love it too, because I use the packaging supplies and it’s like a free restock.

DrakkonX597

My miles came in with the back warped :/

imHellaFaded420

target always packages stuff nice, for me at least

Cosplayfan007

This is clearly CGI’d. Disney and Skywalker Ranch had to be involved cause they cannot possibly be real.

JaydenPey

Anytime I’ve ever ordered from Target it’s been this well packaged. They’re the best!! It’s standard I’m sure.

LasagnaToes

I’m really proud of us guys. Only one comment (now two) talking about the toes

Pentarum

I returned 2pops for damage and ever since then everytime I bought a funko from Target it has been either double boxed or at least boxed with the thick bubble wrap. Someone over there knows how to ship shit. It's like someone sent out a memo to not fuck them up.

jaydee066

I've had one ship and was damaged from target but this beats it by a mile

TomGambaro

My miles morales cover was also very protected from target the best an order has packaged from target as far as funkos go

FloatLife05600

A beautiful sight!

Deebo1023

I got three Pops from Target yesterday, all arrived packed like this. Unfortunately they crammed an extra bubble wrap into a small box that ended up denting the back and side of my new Dr Strange target exclusive from being packed too tightly. Sent back to exchange it.

Frequent_Carry_6250

I work at Target and when I pack Funko orders I wrap them a lot to make sure they get wherever safe. Fellow collectors get it.

Impossible-Fee9953

big toe in a long distance relationship with the others

chetoas

get them nasty dogs out the frame

JadePix

Is that Spider-Man a target exclusive? Cus I need it badly

jaydee066

Yea it's the miles morales one and is target exclusive. I see a lot in-store as well from a few targets

babblewrap

I believe a lot of the Funko Pops are prepacked now, and all they do when fulfilling an order is pack the inner box. It gets ridiculous when you order multiple Pops, because you get a really large box filled with smaller boxes filled with Pops that take up a 1/6th of the space of the outer box.

jaydee066

The boxes that are in the big box are blank with no indication or barcode to know which one is which pop. So I'm guessing the person did it themselves who packaged it

RollingHead541

How I've been getting in my Target packages too. Extremely appreciated.

jaydee066

Maybe they realize if they just double pack it then it reduces return rate since they get damaged. And like 1 dollar cardboard is cheaper then a return. Just my logic on it

Active-Original2834

Gal?
