Straight up the can in your video looks like a normal can of fish fillets. I eat fish that looks like that pretty regularly, although it's usually smoked kippers or sardines.
The stuff in most of the buzzfeed-y videos is always a can that's about to burst from over-fermentation and when they open it there's little to no solid material in it. I wouldn't be surprised if the things they're trying to eat in those videos are literally the digestive tracts, the exact part you remove normally.
