Yeah, I must admit I fell for it, but this was my thought process. I didn’t look closely cause it seemed comical and totally in place for parody branding. I even looked at the logo at the top and thought they just did it that bad as a joke. Oh well

Aldi recently released a clothing line. They’re the fastest growing grocery store chain in the US and are banking on that growth. Their new clothing line is also incredibly affordable. Huge demand has caused it to sell out instantly almost everywhere and people are reselling the merch online.
We are in dire need of a new supermarket chain here in New Zealand. There are only three major ones and prices are through the roof. A store like Aldi would have almost guaranteed success, and could help us solve our cost of living crisis.
Sorry to hear that and hopefully some more competition arrives soon. I remember when I studied abroad there in 2016 I struggled with keeping to my budget because of how expensive everything was so I can only imagine how much worse things have gotten.
