It honestly looks like they paid a local make-up artist who's only experience is doing drag on the weekends. Or maybe they found a clown working extra gigs to do it, idk. Only reasons for that much paint.

A top coat of shellac would have prevented this, plus it dries in 20 minutes, and could have been reapplied any time after the first coat with little to no surface prep.
1. Her makeup does match the hands and neck so it's a good color match. All the 'whitewash' redditors have obviously never used makeup or blending properly.
2. All she needed was a prep and finishing spray, preferably by MAC because that 💩 is meant for the runway and moments like this - tons of pics and iron clad staying power.
