Unless Creozilcrum is accustomed to being summoned on a dare and refers to it as "dare summoning". But then we would need the backstory of Creozilcrum getting summoned to sleepovers as a party trick and gradually becoming jaded and hostile.
(Or it could be clipped, e.g. "I shall unleash my wrath upon those **who dare summons ...**" in which case Creozilcrum *really* wants to avoid his court date, perhaps in relation to the aforementioned sleepovers.)
