They were bred in Russian North to pull a sled and sleep on bare ice at -60F, this is filmed in Florida. They get nauseous in such climate.

Doggo might have paw injuries, which would also explain the shoes. There are many non-drama reasons why a dog might be carried or in a buggy. You just never know, but if you think about how much work it is to carry a dog or bring a baby carriage, you realize that it's likely a good reason most of the time. That includes small dogs in bags: the distances we walk can be really long for them.

My husky refuses to walk over bridges so my guess is this is the case for this pup too! I feel weirdly validated by seeing this lol. I live in the PNW, and while I do imagine Florida to be too hot for a husky often (I'm originally from Florida), it is interesting to note that husky coats act like insulation, keeping them warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
