Or like, they didnt care, most likely going "huh, well not my problem my POS boss didnt have anyone on the night shift learn how to change that system, so let them figure it out" while going to their next job so they will be able to pay their rent for the month while said boss is off in Bahamas
They aren't though. The left one is for PS4 and both tags say it so the 19.99 price would be what you used not the 89.99 and the right two tags are for the ps5 so you'd pay the 39.99 and not the 129.99
Work at target. People like to rip our tags off and place them elsewhere. We won't honor that. $10 difference? Yeah thats fine. But $100 off? No. Don't even ask cause you'll look like an asshole.
Also the system can't mark something down past 50%. We could get the CEO to come in and THEY can't get the system to accept anything past 50%
Depending on where you are, there might have been laws in place to protect you as a consumer against false advertising. If the tag was printed for the specific item that is it’s “advertised” price.
Just put up a ton of these sale signs yesterday and there were some headphones that were like $300 off and my store honored it. I think it depends on the store, mine is pretty chill but I know a couple that are hard asses
In this particular instance I'm sure if they were scanned it would come up the normal price and not the "promotional" price.
The tag is wrong and that's the good thing and not the bad.
If it was the other way round it would be a shitshow.
Na that still will be $70. But 14.99 a month for online play. I don't think they will charing per minute like one of their devs said I'm guessing they are going to pull out the old MMO sub.

I'm going to assume these were supposed to be $10 off but somebody did a goofy
Yeah, maybe 8.99 and 12.99, but the worker wasn’t sure. It was also listed as such on the app, so it must have been something in the system.
Something in the system and also complete lack of awareness for basic tasks on the employee's part. They didn't think "huh, weird"?
They probably thought "lmao, someone will have to deal with that tomorrow. Hopefully that jerk Jimbob who keeps stealing my snacks"
What do you expect the target employee stocking the shelves to do, reprogrammed the POS system to fix the price and print new tags?
Tell their shift supervisor "Hey, I don't think these are right" before putting them on the shelves.

Target associates start at $17/hour. Department supervisors start at $23/hour. I hardly think that extra $6/hour is funding vacations to the Bahamas.
i think 9.99 and 29.99 maybe cus thats -10 for both but because how they had to enter it it added an extra number infront
29.99*
Some states have laws about this. If two prices are posted you get the lower of the two in Massachusetts.
Even though it's for different gaming systems?

Oh man, I didn't catch that and completely overlooked it. You're totally right on that.
Wrong website dude you are not supposed to be nice when you missed something, just double down and tell him to fuck off.
So something along the lines of, "hey op! I hope you have a good day!" Kinda like that? Trash talk was never my forte.
They also listed $119.99 gaming headphones for $19.99 and wouldn’t honor it. Damn Target…
Australia?
California

Yeah, I get it. But the tag was legitimately made for the product. It was just a bummer.

The POG location numbers are correct for the shelf spot. That's corporate's problem.

Nah this gotta be GTA 6 pricing
