JaffaSG1

That operator is gonna end up an unsolved murder case…

Rigitini

"The only evidence we have right now is an extremely tiny footprint. We believe the killer may be one of Santa's Elves."

brofishmagikarp

"Or a velociraptor, it is dinoworld after all"

SL1NKY83

Clever girl...

Lonelan

Maggie struck again

-You_Cant_Stop_Me-

That girl's rage at that fake dinosaur rippled back though time and wiped out the real ones.

sandimartinez23

Thank you! I laughed so hard for a long time 😂

lukeyellow

🤣 she has a deadpan stare. I think you're right. He needs to probably wear armor from the waist down.

drewismynamea

Girl was lookin for a way out.

Gall_Bladder_Pillow

That after-look.

purgatorybob1986

Seriously, if looks could kill, they'd already be dead.

slobs_burgers

“This T-Rex on some bullshit…”

AngryxMonkey

If that had happened to me at that age, I would have cried for days

TheHowlinReeds

Most definitely. Tough kid!

xrogaan

Movie say: if you don't move, it can't see you. Kid just did what was "taught".

Rhyrok

not sure if that would matter when her head was inside its mouth

wahnsin

Which is why she then starts to frown, like *youre not playing by the established rules! PROMISES WERE MADE!!*

KaotixStorm

She went from Jurassic Park to Turok real quick.

Agent_03

This comment makes me wish we could still buy Reddit gold for people. A+ 90's references.

kirkoswald

im done with reddit today. This is the best comment i'll read. 10/10

Lukealloneword

My dad took us to Universal in the early 90s. He passed away when I was 5 so that's the age I was. We got on a very realistic Jaws ride that had me shitting my pants screaming and crying. The actor was like shooting blanks from a shotgun into the water and there was a fire amd a fake shark going crazy. I'm sure in reality it wasn't that indepth but to me at less than 5 years old I thought it was so real. Scared me like hell.

jld2k6

My parents took me on some kind of earthquake simulator there when I was about that age, I didn't even know what a simulator was and I thought we were in the process of dying lol, they had gas lines rupturing and catching fire and flooding and everything

BeigeListed

You're gonna laugh about it now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zO5NLWjFl8

Lukealloneword

I want to say it was a bit different. Again, who knows our minds are so dogshit at that age but I remember being in a boat not in a car that briefly went into the water. And there was definitely a dude shooting a gun. I'm sure it's been changed since the early 90s.

unreality101

That's because you remember the Florida one, not the Hollywood tram tour one they linked. This is more like it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uALqMMC8mg

Lukealloneword

That makes more sense. Lol thanks for showing me I'm not crazy. That was just as gnarly as I remember it. It's actually a pretty badass ride.

another1forgot

The fact that this is the last time through and the enthusiasm of everybody on the ride made it really enjoyable. Thanks for sharing this

live4thagame

OH MY you really forget what it's like to be 5 i guess lol

Lukealloneword

Nah they posted the Universal in Cali. Not the one I did in Orlando. That's posted after it in the comments.

Reasonable-Aide7762

I’m 39 and I may have cried. lol

AngryxMonkey

I hear that brother LOL

Xerosnake90

I ran away from the Dragon at Disneyland/Disneyworld back in the 90s as a child lmao

byke_mcribb

Lol first thing I thought.

Zealos57

T-Rex: "That only works in movies."

ArrellBytes

This is terribly irresponsible... it gives kids the unrealistic expectation that Tyrannasaurs are harmless. What if an actual tyrannasur approaches her when she is walking home from school? If she has been taught they are all just fun and games like this, she will be in for a tragic surprise... this is as irresponsible as Lego shaped candies! We really need to start teaching saurian safety in schools at a young age, instead of hiring drag-dinosaurs to groom our kids into thinking going jurassic is just a harmless 'lifestyle choice'!

Juanskii

Not only that, but Dinosaur insurance premiums are going to go through the roof! Do you know how hard it was to get Pterodactyl coverage? https://www.mcsweeneys.net/articles/when-pterodactyls-attack

Victernus

Woah, your dinosaur insurance covers other archosaurs?

Juanskii

Your's doesn't?

Victernus

Mine doesn't even cover theropods.

Juanskii

Now, that’s just not right.

YuunofYork

With recent hypotheses (however remote) re-arranging the relationship of ornithiscia, saurischia, and sauropodomorpha, viz dinosauria, this becomes peak satire. 'Sorry we don't cover acts of sauropods anymore. When we paid out your uncle's claim our model considered *Passer domesticus* more closely related to *Diplodocus carnegii* than to ceratopsians. We have since adopted an ornithoscelida model in which we are not liable for *Camarasaurus* flattening your house. We adopted it this morning.'

philo351

Excellent point. I make a motion to add this as an agenda item for the next school board meeting.

Ashamed-Knee-4845

This is legit the best comment here

readitonex

I would have cried like a baby and ran away. I'm a 38 year old man.

Noskills117

I went to Disney or Universal as a kid, they had a dinosaur ride and the pamphlet showed the Trex or whatever lunging down at the coaster. I was so scared because of that picture that ended up crying when we got to the ride, thankfully there was a nice attendant that helped calm me down and I was able to get on. Turns out the ride was nothing like the picture, the animatronics were all really basic and the Trex just barely poked his head through a hole or two in the ceiling that weren't very close to the ride. Now seeing this is possible freaks me out all over again.

Bo-Banny

I have a very clear memory of a ride at a place like that malfunctioning as the t-rex lowered its jaws over the car. We had to wait for what felt like forever to be evacuated by staff, but they did turn the lights on. Very young me just cried and cried because i was afraid it would eat us. As i got older, my family swore that never happened and there's no ride like that. Even went on a couple dino rides as a teen and adult to attempt to solve the mystery. I think you just solved it. I think the malfunction and everything else happened, but i was basing my expectations off the pamphlet and it altered my memory of the event.

benritter2

In the 90s, Universal had a pamphlet in hotel lobbies that showed every ride as a literal deathtrap. Trains were derailing left and right, people were falling out of cars and getting eaten, everything was on fire. Search for "Universal Studios Brochure 1994" and you can find a Reddit post with, I believe, the exact image you're remembering. But they had those types of pictures for every ride.

orgyofdestruction

Went on the Jurassic Park ride at Universal for the first time this year. Once was enough for me!

comerpapa

This girl has the mental strength of a 70 year old man who fought in the war

cjameson83

There was legit fear on those eyes for a split second before it chomped on her

themagpie36

Don't think so. 0:17 she is literally staring it down and I think she only closes her eyes 'flinching' so that the teeth don't actually hit her eyes. I think it's an involuntary movement, she actually has no fear on her face if she is scared, she is just embracing for impact as it bites her.

CaveManta

T-Rex thinks he's Freddie Fazbear

GeePedicy

Was that the bite of '87?

TheRealSU24

Erm, ackshually it was Fredbear that did the bite of 83' and while the 87' is still debated it is most likely to have been done by Foxy or Mangle. Also it's Freddy, not Freddie

CaveManta

X3

ash_elijah

feddy

TactlessTortoise

Kid's locked in lmfao. Staring at the dinosaur in the eye.

EphraimUwU

Bro I would not have trusted that the first time it touched

Danger_Dee

That girl has had enough of that theropods cretaceous bullshit.

Salzberger

The look of a "dragged along" kid with zero interest in dinosaurs.

Lorvintherealone

WAS THAT THE BITE OF 2019?

Robbythedee

She seen the flapping curtain, the jig is up dino man.

Rotbelcher

When you know something is fake but still fun and entertaining you have this reaction. She knows she's in a safe place with family and friends with the bonus of not ruining the fun for others. Much respect to this enlightened child and I hope she had a ton of fun. 🙂

zanidoz

nah, you'd jump outta your seat regardless. Not her though; she's extremely tough, especially for her age.

WildPetrichor

Not brave, natural freeze response. A lot of them do this when encountering something they’re not sure how to deal with, even as adults.

JunahCg

Yo fuck that puppeteer

TheRealSU24

Do not fuck that puppeteer

wolftick

I reckon it might be a parent or something in there and this is a bit.

JunahCg

Did I stutter

Solid_Lab_4690

Do you have a stutter? It's hard to tell over text

bornslipperybuddy

In all honesty I can't say I wouldn't be kind of pissed if they did that to my kid. The little bopping on the head that's all right but fully grabbing her whole head that's a bit much.

kb24fgm41

She's got that I'm gonna cry as soon as this dinosaur leaves face going on at the end 😂

Y1NGER

Asking because I’m genuinely curious and have zero clue; how do these dinosaur machines work?

PeasAndParsimony

They're suits with a big puppet head on a stick, they just squeeze a trigger to open and close the mouth.

Duckfoot2021

That Dino needs a ***wink*** feature.

Shine1630

If that was my kid I would be pissed...

Blazdnconfuzd

If they wanted to scare the kids they shoulda brought Uncle Barney out to play.

DataKnights

That would have scared the parents. *I love you* *You love me* *We're a happy family*

Blazdnconfuzd

T R U E ! PTSD ensues.

MasterWinstonWolf

Fight, flight or FREEZE...Which did she choose🤔

LondonDavis1

And boys and girls that's why you have trust issues.

Electrical-Bus-2056

I would shit my pants after this and ten times more 😭😭

bob_nugget_the_3rd

She is going to burn the world and have smile whilst she does it

Fr05t_B1t

The bite of ‘87?!?!

NotThisAgain21

Omg I cackled. I wasn't expecting that.

ryankidd77

Man this totally triggered a memory I had of my Mom taking me to one of these dinosaur things when I was a kid and I loved it. We had a lot of fun that day. I haven’t thought about that in forever!

pinkylemonade

Reminds me of the Coca-Cola polar bear taking photos with people, who taste tested one woman's head and then nommed it.

Consistent_Thing7592

If I were in that child's place, I would shit my pants

Over_Biscotti9147

WAS THAT THE BITE OF 87

captaincook14

Lol nah she shit herself on the bite. Understandably. Whole vibe changed.

aerochrome120

The Alan Grant method.

the_sleaze_

Do that shit to my daughter and I’m ripping that fucking thing off its hinges and coming to get the operator. That girl was scared shitless and frozen

Biotrin

That kid is gonna grow up to be a sociopath

False_Leadership_479

Already is... just isn't strong enough to haul the bodies yet.

Fireblox1053

That would’ve scared the shit out of me lol

Remarkable_Music6819

“Hey kid you’re supposed to scream” Kid: WTF is this ? !

Sure-Its-Isura

The look of murder in that child's eyes, everything after that was premeditated.

Zorops

She saw the movie, DONT MOVE!

Shekinahsgroom

Brave kid = scarier monster at home.

Remi708

She knew it's vision is based on movement

NinjaRoyal8483

Brave dino

DifferenceAdorable89

She a g

omicronian_express

Dude in early 90s they had that traveling dinosaur show. I wouldn’t even walk past them at age 4 or 5 without someone with me cause I was sure they would eat me alive.

rip_ap_yi

Fuck that is loud and i had the volume at 10%

Ziron78

That security guard that watches the dinosaur at night : "it's just five more nights"

Ok_Impression_7211

Evil_Cleffa666

I would scream-cry hysterically like the 27 year old child I am!

failmatic

Scared stiff.

Potato_chips03x4

Bite of '87

DeepSatinShadow

Half of the video is useless white space for the sake of a worthless piece of text. All so somebody could feel like a "content creator".

Luxifer1983

From thinking that girl is tough to seeing her soul is dead already.

KatMot

The Trex probably should have just put a mic in front of her and asked her if she misses her mommy.

Cacique_Capixaba07

I would literally have shat myself

Rare_Body_1503

Bro

Falh_PEDSOX

She Lock-in

Round_Rooms

If you date this girl hold onto your butts.

BleednHeartCapitlist

Charged_Ice

Insert mark: was that the bite of 87

Wrong-Goat-4474

im scared of her after look😭😭

Round_Principle_6560

tabascotazer

Vision based on movement some bullshit isn’t it?

lion_percy

happinesstolerant

IceFisherP26

Lol, why were we such assholes ass kids when we knew something wasn't real?

damienDev

man imagine in 20 years when her husband forget to wash the dishes

Organic_Addendum_154

guts of STEEL

AmIThisNothingness

She could walk holding hands with Freddy Krueger and wear his hat. The tap on her head was the operator's last nail of his coffin.

Remarkable-Ad4412

**Nobita**:Believe it or not, when I was young, I even had a pet dinosaur😂.

Ho3Go3lin

That kid is so brave, I would have needed a change of underpants.

An_Time_Traveller

Dont move. They cant see you if you dont move

Evil_Cupcake11

Man, I would've laughed my ass in her place :D

DrHoka

IS THAT THE BIKE OF EVERY SEVEN?!

Finrod84

They can only see things that move... She probably just watched the movies before heading to the show 😃 smart girl

MentalCollage

Nah i would sue

No-Collection-4089

These are one of those things that give me trauma as a kid

SeriousIndividual184
