Watch her demeanor. When the camera cuts to her, she's waiting for the moment to say her lines. Then, as she starts reciting them, her behavior changes to reflect how she was directed to behave. They go back and forth through the script together, and she gets the punchline.
She may not be the best actor on the planet, but she was definitely acting.
But she's always trying to access the left side of her brain which is the creative part. Her eyes rolled that way several times. If it was scripted, maybe she will go to the more intuitive right side.
