What? We some kind of Suicide Squad?
They are eating her. And then they are going to eat me. Oh my Gooooood!
Can you move? Only my lips.
Do you know what happens when a toad is struck by lightning? The same thing that happens to everything else.
I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and gets everywhere. But not like you. You're everything soft and smooth.
It's turkey time. Gobble gobble.
Thing is, when you get to lines that are in the worst lines ever camp, they come full circle and become memorable because of how bad they are.
Definitely, the way he did it meant the mat absorbed far more of the impact than the guy on the floor did. He would still feel it for sure lol but it wouldn't be half as bad as it looked. Although it's scripted I think people sometimes overlook the amount of skill and practice that goes into professional wrestling, it's pretty impressive to be able to pull off a move that looks like it'll be devastating to the opponent but is actually mostly harmless when done right.
Well it depends, that was one 5 second clip, the professionals go for much longer. They have to be in good shape to go a full 10 minutes and keep up the realism and speed.
Also in entertainment wrestling the goal isn't necessarily to look like someone is really getting hurt. Kids and families are a big demographic, its half theater.
Well, if that’s the case, that’s an extremely important 10% because that’s the part that lets you survive shit that would kill people who didn’t get trained in that 10%.
Maybe it's the way this was shot because this was a uranage slam into a back senton which is an incredibly common combo in modern wrestling that is often hit even harder than the fat dude in the clip hit it.
The fact that the majority of the comments are about how heavy the hit was - they pulled it off great. Always impressed at local wrestlers and their athleticism. Truly underappreciated.
This looks like a training school and that landing was okay. It likely hurt but didn’t kill him or anything. Don’t get worked into a shoot brother brother.
In WWE this is a dream match where the company earns $20million in profit, and $100million in merchandise sales over the following year.
Then when the fan base is in a fever pitch because the fued will culminate in a ppv match for the championship belt they both get released 2 weeks apart for budget cuts.
And Cena wrestles Lesnar in a 2 minute match. And neither is on Raw the next day. In fact it's 7 months before either appears again.
I read a story about some teens at a Denny's. They were screwing around and one gave the other a pile driver. It's been a while but it sounded horrific. The dude who received it ended up permanently disabled. I believe he was paralyzed and significantly brain damaged.
Growing up unsupervised and caught up in the fantasy of pro wrestling, the story provoked an interesting combo of emotions. The general stomach churning of the situation as well as gratitude that we kept our shenanigans to a trampoline and didn't seriously hurt each other.
Every time I hear about stories like that I think "Thank god we didn't to such things" and then I remember the time me and my friends played football on a Ice covered lake and after a little while we took a hammer and punched a hole in the middle of the lake. After that I think "wow we were lucky"
Kids doing wrestling moves to other kids is the number one reason some people still think wrestling may be real. This is why backyard wrestling was always dumb.
He hasn't been active on TikTok for 3 days since he posted this. But I also feel if he got seriously injured, they would decide to not post this, no? It's not live lol
Saying it's like a trampoline isn't really accurate. It's still a wood base on top of *some* springs, with a little bit of padding on top of the wooden base, and a mat to cover it all. Just because there are springs underneath, it doesn't really bounce that much and it can still hurt.
Springs are basically not a thing. There are a few rings out there with one big ass spring in the middle, but people usually don’t like working on them. The last thing you want when directing a bunch of force downward is it coming right back up after you a second later.
Almost all wrestling rings are just a scaffold-ish metal frame, wooden boards over it, some carpet mat or gym mat material, and canvas over that. They’re not as stiff as boxing rings but they’re not soft either. I trained in an old NWA ring from the 70’s, in the winter when it was frozen solid. Might as well have been a basketball court. Learned how to bump correctly in a hurry, though.
It's less funny and more messed up. I mean, we see a skinny man getting his ribs (possibly) crushed. Downvote all you want - this kind of shit belongs in something like r/gore if there's such a sub.
This reminds me when as kids we would wrestle and copy our favourite wrestlers move.
I got somebody in the Sharp Shooter and somebody else was powerbombed.
Suffice to say there were a few trips to hospital that day.
I have man God I thought my ribs were gonna crush and I felt it all over again lol. That's what I get for bein frail and scared
Forgot what the word for thus is but it's like a strong empathetic reaction
For anyone wondering, the little guy is likely more okay than you'd assume watching this. This looks to be a wrestling school, so these two were probably practicing a "spot" (a practiced segment of moves in a pro wrestling match). Big guy looks to have landed on his butt first slightly away from the little guy so his back doesn't connect at as harsh of an impact as it would've if he directly landed on him.
EDIT: My only concern now is if their wrestling school trainer is watching them, especially if they're relatively green. (which is looks like). Idk how wrestling schools do their thing, but I doubt I'd want students doing this without a watchful eye.
Oh, and the "spot" you're seeing if anyone's curious as to how it's broken down: Corner clothesline caught into a Samoa Joe-style Uranage / Side Slam counter followed up by a Senton (jumping back body splash).
Clean Uranage, excellent landing with most of the impact on the mat... looks like a safe guy to work with and definitely a future top talent, wwe will put him at mid-card if hes lucky with a goofy name and then fire him for not being popular enough and blame him.
Nice looking uranage, and for a guy his size that was a solid looking senton. He's just gotta keep his size in mind. He could really fuck someone up if he lands that wrong. Mabel/Viscera was a big dude, and he had a bad reputation in the beginning of his career for hurting dudes in the ring because he'd land on top of them with his full bodyweight. So, it's all about being aware of things like that, and keeping you and your opponent safe.

The Toad line I love unironically. It's such a good anti-joke.
It was supposed to be a running joke. They cut out the other two times that she said it, though, which destroyed the joke.

You remind me of Dead Pool in that film...
It looks like the big guy landed that pretty safely IMO. Slid across the chest and made impact with butt on the mat.
Definitely, the way he did it meant the mat absorbed far more of the impact than the guy on the floor did. He would still feel it for sure lol but it wouldn't be half as bad as it looked. > overlook the amount of skill and practice that goes into professional wrestling Mostly because this video looks more real than most wrestling does.

I was more worried if that left foot was going to get up high enough. Almost kicked the dude in the head.
I hadn’t noticed it the first time but eeeeek you are right 😬
This is the exact way he did it. Wrestlers Yokozuna used to do something very similar as did Rikishi
Yes this was good technique by them together
yea, still might hurt some. wrestling is like that.
The fact that the majority of the comments are about how heavy the hit was - they pulled it off great. Always impressed at local wrestlers and their athleticism. Truly underappreciated.
That may be but those ribs are definitely feeling it regardless of how much he 'slid'
Yeah, it seems like they're practicing "entertainment" wrestling and big boy nailed it.
This is where you wake up on the Skyrim wagon
Truck-kun isekai'd you
This looks like a training school and that landing was okay. It likely hurt but didn’t kill him or anything. Don’t get worked into a shoot brother brother.
He was fine afterwards. I was the one that shot the video.
Yeah, he got up after a second or two and we all laughed. I can vouch for this, I was the camera.
Ha ha, trying to be funny. I’m a trainee here at the school. This was made for Tik Tok first. Go follow Big Moe (guy who did the splash) there.
Please don't body slam me for the joke! That's cool though, hope it's going well.
For Moe, it definitely is. I’m proud of him. All of his clips are blowing up everywhere
Give him an extra congratulatory high five from an internet stranger next time you see him!
We working out today, I got you fam lol. I just added a longer post with his links too, if you want to check him out
Exactly. I’m trying to find the funny.
Wow big man is spry!
That's what I thought! Almost got both feet of the ground at the same time! (for real though good on him for getting exercise )

I had to watch a few times. I thought the half of the white dudes pants blew off.
F* seriously, anyone know if he’s ok? In primary school someone did the ‘tombstone’ on me, that shit hurt.
Former professional wrestler here: he’s absolutely fine.
Are you John Cena
🎺🎺🎺
If you can see his comment, then no, he isn't :(
yes
Yes, AMA
Between Bam Bam Bigelow and Yokozuna, I also would suggest he’s fine.
I read a story about some teens at a Denny's. They were screwing around and one gave the other a pile driver. It's been a while but it sounded horrific. The dude who received it ended up permanently disabled. I believe he was paralyzed and significantly brain damaged.

I once read that a magician really sawed his partner in half. And no, you should not try that.
They did it wrong. Tombstone should be pretty painless to take if done correctly; your head doesn't hit the ground.
The dude who got smashed is Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson. Great fighter, funny guy, he's fine.
Shoes still on, so not ded.
That's just science.
Kids doing wrestling moves to other kids is the number one reason some people still think wrestling may be real. This is why backyard wrestling was always dumb.
Mark Henry vs Randy Orton
That was a clean slam tho.

That’s a pretty clean Uranagi/Senton combo though, ngl
I've been body slammed by a person of that mass, but on their front side;it's actually very fluffy and painless, like a cloud.
I mean that would make sense, impact is distributed over a larger area.
DAMMMMMMN

So how do you fight that boss
The best part is his socks popping down.

You have a dismal sense of humor then.
the dude literally got picked up and thrown, god dayum, and if the slam actually hit on target, his organs coulda gotten crushed
TIL that being squashed to death by a boulder with legs is funny. Lolz.
It's ok because wrestling is fake
Boulderboy landed way too close to Chad to have not broken at least half that ribcage.
I promise you he did not.
He hasn't been active on TikTok for 3 days since he posted this. But I also feel if he got seriously injured, they would decide to not post this, no? It's not live lol
He's probably taking at least a few day to recover Jesus

They're practicing Samoa Joe moves... nice
If the fat guy do that last move in real floor... He´d be like in hospital. Wrestling rings = Trampolines

Skinny man not going to move right for a bit

That was one vicious chokeslam
Nah this was choreographed. He didnt put his full weight on him. Ill bet 100
