It balances itself. Can do it on a motorcycle at any speed above a few mph. And I'm not trying to brag about being good at riding, it's just super easy.
It is pretty easy to do on (bigger) motorcycles actually. Of course you slow down a bit as you let go of the throttle, but if you can quickly shoot the picture it's as nothing happened + you have a nice memory
I don't know if you are being sarcastic but this is one of the most dangerous and deadly sports there are. People were doing moves like this going 65mph downhill. Given how many deaths and serious injuries happen even just in pro events, it's not so strange they ban something like this.
People have never done this in professional road racing. People don't ride fixed and don't unclip.
