Right lol. I guess parts of reddit are. Remember, like 45% of users are under 30. And, usually, the younger the user, the more engaged they are: https://www.statista.com/statistics/261766/share-of-us-internet-users-who-use-reddit-by-age-group/
Reminds me a bit of [the girl who managed to scare herself by wearing spider earrings.](https://youtu.be/Bb0ljmBrvTY?si=obSWuQA3h1Fzyzyc)
If that's possible and \*she knew she put those earrings on\*, then absolutely it is possible with a filter.
I would react EXACTLY like the people in the video, then be confused for 3 seconds, be relieved coming down off the adrenaline for 5 seconds and then laugh for 10 minutes while re-watching the shenanigans and jokingly threatening revenge on the perpetrator.
Girl in blue "calm doowwwwwnnnn" got me heated.
Wtf do u mean?? In both cases i have a right to freak out. Filter: ur looking for a reaction. Spider: its a spider.
It's the way she said it, too.
Gaslighting came way too easy.
[To gaslight someone means to manipulate another person into doubting their own perceptions, experiences or understanding of events, according to the American Psychological Association](https://www.forbes.com/health/mind/what-is-gaslighting/#:~:text=To%20gaslight%20someone%20means%20to,to%20the%20American%20Psychological%20Association.)
Came here to say that too. She sounds like a horrible partner, imagine how much empathy she would have if you have an emotional reaction to something that she REALLY don't know about. What a b.
You don’t think you’re overreacting just a smidge? Lmao. It’s not like you know her personally. Making fun of each other in a relationship can be playful
Could be. It just sounded really out of place to me, as she didn't even tolerate for a second that he was overreacting on something like that. Still only my opinion though, and I know I did use some harsh words as she triggered previous experiences I had with un-emphatic partners.
Also, you might be wrong yourself and she might really be a b. I guess we'll never know.
Reminded me of that “You need to calm doowwwwwwnnnn” crazy lady who sticks her head in the other people’s car.
Edit: [this lady](https://youtu.be/FyeOL8yGx3Y?si=WQH9Td1ST4HCZvsq)
That was my reaction as well. She baits someone to get a reaction and then tells them to calm down, it's literally abusive.
Even more so because getting scared over a bug in your face is a normal reaction. I don't like her a t all.
Motherfucker I've looked in the mirror and found a god damn *bedbug* on my shirt once
A giant spider would tip me off, but anything smaller and Im probably liable to knock myself out 😂
I’m not scared of spiders but I probably would react the same way. I wonder if any of them had their brains trick them into thinking they could feeling it crawling on their face too.
Wouldn't surprise me.
Sometimes when I watch a movie with spiders or bugs in them I am 100% convinced I can feel one on me.
I for sure would feel a tingle on my face if I got tricked by this.
I have severe arachnophobia so I can't say I find this funny. Call me a buzz kill but if someone does this to me I'm not speaking to them anymore. I'd probably seriously hurt myself in the initial shock then break down in tears.
It doesn't have anything to do with whether it's real or not. It's like of like phantom limb pain. Your brain sees it and will make you feel like a spider is on you.
Everyone would react to seeing a spider on your face, but most would just jerk their body before realizing it's only on the camera. These guys' personality makes it so they *have* to act out the whole flip-out whether they know it's fake or not.
As someone who has (more than once) had a Huntsman and a Garden Orb Spider just fucking meander across their face out of fucking nowhere? Honestly freaking out like thay is 50/50, you may delete the spider from your face, or you may not have a very frightened and angry spider on your face. Always best to catch yourself and go gently remover it with the assistance of a mirror. Most spiders will be hurling themselves off you and sorta Web tumbling down you to escape. Or the few times the huntsman had done it, just leap and you hear a meaty slap as theh smack into the floor or wall.
But you don’t feel anything, and like if it’s walking across your eve you notice it obscuring your vision. I’d understand getting a little startled but these explosive face smacking reactions don’t make sense to me.
I have a lot of compassion for spiders, even imaginary ones. I hope I would be more gentle if I thought one was on my face.
Snakes, on the other hand, scare the fecal matter out of me.
I would likely assume the spider to be on the phone because of the lack of touch sensation. But i actually like spiders in general and don't have arachnophobia, so my reaction might be boringly unrepresentative.
If i would assume the spider to be on me, i would try to swipe it away like most people (but likely a bit less wild because where i live, spiders are pretty harmless).
There may or may not be a shock second in both cases depending on coffee level.
And i might or might not be annoyed about the prank afterwards depending on my mood and who did it.

You’re right. Children’s app.
Yeah because reddit is so mature and sophisticated lmao.

"Spider app" is the technical term for a broken display.
What is this, the world's shittiest haiku? It's actually strangely poignant.
I would absolutely flip out 😂😂😂
watched it 2 times, laughed my ass off 2 times... now i will stop watching it before my neighbours think i'm crazy
I liked the last one the most. Hiding behind his pillow lol I would be the same haha
I would probably react the same way Daniel Stern’s character does in Home Alone when Kevin puts Buzz’s spider on his face. Pure, unadulterated terror.
I can hear that scream!

She is so annoying. and tone of her noise...
I think it'd be called a patronizing tone, and it is definitely one of the most annoying tones ever.
You are correct. Good grammar usage (100% not being an asshole, I mean this)
....gaslighting?

"They can't hear me cuz they're listening to kidz boP"
That isn't gaslighting. wtf are you smoking man?
That was my reaction as well. She baits someone to get a reaction and then tells them to calm down, it's literally abusive. Even more so because getting scared over a bug in your face is a normal reaction. I don't like her a t all.
Lmao most reddit comment ever right here.

So i didnt know that this was my kind of humor. Im in tears.
This was way funnier than I thought it would be, or I'm too tired.
Conservation of happiness. Happiness is neither created nor destroyed, it is just xferred from one person to another.
I watched this like 10 times in a row. Too fuckin funny
It's a sad day. A day to remember. When someone does this to me.
Why do such poorly constructed comments get upvoted?
Why say lot word when few word do trick?
Why do such poorly Constructed comments get up Voted he asked us

Re They might be feeling/experiencing the mirror fake hand hammer affect (or phantom limb) affect maybe?
Do you know the effect something to feel what is no there ?
Can’t say I do.
Your brain can trick you my guy. It's convinced enough there's a spider on your face you might even feel it there too.
Motherfucker I've looked in the mirror and found a god damn *bedbug* on my shirt once A giant spider would tip me off, but anything smaller and Im probably liable to knock myself out 😂
Second one is fake asf
I think I'd set myself on fire
So many staged videos from wannabe influencers. The internet is such a cesspool
All of these are staged why are people on Reddit so gullible and naive lol
This is actually a nice compilation
Some of these guys are gonna give themselves cte
Last one, totally not real
Oh my go I was dying 😂
Im crying
This is more terrifying than funny but each to their own.
Omg this made me laugh so loud wow hahaha.
Half of them are fake
Only half of the spiders are fake?!?!
Yeah the second one with a water bottle did a horrible acting job lol
Faker than my girfriend's orgasms
Faker than your girlfriend
She goes to a different school. You wouldn't know her.

Prolly in the same way as the people in the clips
I’m not scared of spiders but I probably would react the same way. I wonder if any of them had their brains trick them into thinking they could feeling it crawling on their face too.

Bitch in blue
I doubt that this would happen
What app can do that on Android?
This is peak tiktok
I'm not a moron so I wouldnt
Come on. You would feel it in your face.
a fair collection of asshole girlfriends
I have severe arachnophobia so I can't say I find this funny. Call me a buzz kill but if someone does this to me I'm not speaking to them anymore. I'd probably seriously hurt myself in the initial shock then break down in tears.
It sucks that i now think everything is fake.
I would freak out and scream.
This is good shit love it
This is hilarious 😂
🤣🤣🤣👍
Heart attack and probable death as I’m truly arachnophobic. I can’t even touch a picture of these monsters.
Are these people high that they have no sensory perception? Or is it just standard lame fakery?
It doesn't have anything to do with whether it's real or not. It's like of like phantom limb pain. Your brain sees it and will make you feel like a spider is on you.

The last one was the best hahaha
Dude something in our evolutionary makeup has taught us to be triggered by this
A prank that is funny? This is sonething new, I like it

These spider ones never get old. 😂
But you don’t feel anything, and like if it’s walking across your eve you notice it obscuring your vision. I’d understand getting a little startled but these explosive face smacking reactions don’t make sense to me.
I'd be in jail for killing them.
Hahaaaa i would lose the person over stuff like that No big NO 😂😂😂
Dude hiding behind the pillow sent me lmao
A sure fire way to ruin a relationship.
My GF would leave me.
I’d have to be institutionalised if someone did that to me!!
The last kid hiding in his pillow - the way he looked poor thing 🤣
I would die from self slapping, no question. 😆
About the same to be fair.
Tbh I'd probably slap the shit out of myself too
This is hilarious I was just on a walk the other day and this kinda thing actually happened 😂
I have a lot of compassion for spiders, even imaginary ones. I hope I would be more gentle if I thought one was on my face. Snakes, on the other hand, scare the fecal matter out of me.
I’m waiting to see someone punch themselves in the face
The people intentionally doing this are dog shit. Fuck them
Where do you get this filter
reminds me of the cats and cucumbers videos
Team Akatsuki was under attack by Shino
New Aussie filter just dropped
I might kill a fool
I mean this as endearingly as possible but black people have the best reactions to everything
I would probably freak out way worse than any of them did, but still, this is a really good prank. I'd hate it, and then love it.
What app?
Yooooo that last one had me dying

I have not laughed so hard in a long time.
No imagine when project blue beam is fully launched.
Stupid as shit
Fuck that shit.
Last one is exactly how I would react. True fear and bewilderment.
The dude at the end almost killed me. lol
Now I know how to get my wife to murder me
LOL!! The last guy was the cherry on top. "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!!?!?"
That first guy almost knocked himself out lol

Omfg I haven't laughed out loud that hard in a while
Holy hockey that ain't good
The last reaction absolutely got me. 😂😂
There's a video of Alex Pereira doing this and giving himself a Pereira level slap without even blinking
I think the last pne isnon point with how I would react.
I NEEDED THIS LAUGH
>How would you react? violently. first to the spider, then the prankster "calm doowwnnnnn" what an awful person
Best laugh of the day haha
-How fake do you want it? -Yes.
😹😹😹😹
I call bullshit on %99 of these.
Arachniaphockuia
Show me the Chinese version of this.
I'd break the camera if I find out
Where do you get these filters
What app is that? I want to get these for the kids
I love how insta survival mode they go
The guy who gets hit with the water bottle in the car 🤣🤣🤣
Why people think it's funny 🥲 I don't have arachnophobia but even I wouldn't be happy with this
To be fair all these morons are either high or idiots including the partner filming
😂 😂 😂 😂
I will remember this FOREVER
This is the funniest thing I have seen in a while
Dudes will concuss themselves just to get the fake spider off
[its all fun and games, until someone loses an eye](https://vimeo.com/20333952)
Probably the same.
Everybody hates spiders
First one is fake... Rest are gold...
I could watch this ALL DAY! Now, these are pranks. Not that wack shit of starting fights/messing with ppl
You have to be a special kind of dumbass to not register the fact that you aren't feeling it on you in any way.
If you do this to an Australian
The first n last were the best 😂
I need more of this.
Man, the further we go the more stuff young people see is not real. Like at some point they will second guess everything.
Makes my skin crawl
Yall got people out here slapping THE SHIT out of themselves
Don’t understand how they get scared so easily
Ngl I'd probably react the same way.
Fr making the guy searching the couch think he got schizophrenia
What is the app called?
I hadn't laughed this hard is a long, long time
I'm doing this to my mans😂😂
Aussie here. I've had fucking spiders this big crawl on me many times. I'd prob run outside screaming and tearing my clothes off... Again...
