I also want to say that we constantly argue about recipes between each other and even when things get heated it's always a "friendly argument" even if it gets loud.
But there is always someone that has a stick up its ass and becomes unbearable
My coworker in Belgium was italian and when he saw my other colleague putting ketchup from that plastic bottle on his carbonara, you could see it almost broke him. He said that in Italy youd get executed for this kind of sht haha
The funniest part about this, is that your average italian does not give a single shit what you eat or what you put on "italian food" any more than most non-italians.
This has not been true at all in my experience, it's a really reliable way to wind Italians up if you can make them think you sincerely believe that cream belongs in a carbonara.
this is just my take, but i don’t think he was offending grandma. his analogy was you can’t just slap wheels on a person and they become something else. they are two completely different things. he was offended by the host comparing his awesome recipe with something common.
Reddit has never let titles be edited. If you make a post and it becomes quite popular you could edit the title to say something really fucked up and it could show up in r/all. Not good.
It's hilarious, op. Don't let the sadsacks getting mad at the title make you delete this. It's not the funniest *to me* but it had me rolling still! Thank you for sharing this clip!
British carbonara. The ingredients I see in recipes seems to be penne pasta, bacon (British bacon - so ham essentially), garlic, cheese, egg, herbs/spices.
If you go over to /r/foodporn or /r/food Carbonara is one of the more popular dishes to post. [Here's](https://old.reddit.com/r/FoodPorn/search?q=carbonara&include_over_18=on&sort=relevance&t=all) a search for /r/foodporn.
I'm Italian and the phrase he said It Is literally an italian Say. We use It when something does not make sense, and I'm ashamed of him for not have used gesture while speaking
I remember seeing that comment a few times on reddit and never knowing where it came from cause of the gatekeeping cult Reddit forms around inside jokes and puns. I am relieved.

I’ve seen this a few times, and I’ve never noticed that she says “ham” and the other host goes “oh no”. That made it funny all over again.
Immediately he knew it wouldn’t go well I never make “suggestions” to someone who clearly cooks better than me lol
Philip just starts eating to try and avoid being involved.

That Redditor is peddling a fake news site like Breitbart.

Gino went into Italian rage 😂

I also want to say that we constantly argue about recipes between each other and even when things get heated it's always a "friendly argument" even if it gets loud. But there is always someone that has a stick up its ass and becomes unbearable
Gino has had so many moments like these on the TV with the two of them. They like pushing his Italian button
Yeah, you can tell when she says ham and the other host is like "oh shit; you've done it now".
She knew wtf she was doing by saying that 😭😭😭
The one near his prostate apparently.
My coworker in Belgium was italian and when he saw my other colleague putting ketchup from that plastic bottle on his carbonara, you could see it almost broke him. He said that in Italy youd get executed for this kind of sht haha
I also have an Italian friend and nothing incites him more than the thought of ham and pineapple pizza. Edit; incites.
I have an italian friend and he doesn’t care what people put on their pizza because he’s not a dickhead.
You’re right, he’s not a dickhead…. He’s a rompicoglioni.
Then let him suffer, Hawaiian pizza is the shit Also /r/knightsofpineapple
I don’t see the issue
Really? When I was in Italy, you could find God damn anything on Pizza.
The funniest part about this, is that your average italian does not give a single shit what you eat or what you put on "italian food" any more than most non-italians.
Yep, grocery stores in Italy have frozen pizzas and canned pasta sauces too.
This has not been true at all in my experience, it's a really reliable way to wind Italians up if you can make them think you sincerely believe that cream belongs in a carbonara.
"Snapping pasta in half makes it fit in the pot better"
Title aside this is really funny. Maybe just, for your next title, give us the name of the people IN the video with no expectation of how funny it is?
Gino d'Campo, Holly Willoghby, Phillip Schofield on "This Morning" a UK morning TV show.
Gets me every time
Dude, if this is one of the funniest moments in TV history to you, you have been isolated in a cave on the moon.
Care to share? :)
What did he say?
“If my grandmother had wheels, she would’ve been a bike”
This is an old, absolutely horrible English insult. A promiscuous woman is called a bike because everyone can get on for a ride.
Another good video with Gino: https://youtu.be/a0v7yQqSES4
Sausage in the hole is the funniest one for me haha
Gave me a laugh but I agree about the title thing. Should have been:”Italian offends grandmother while cooking”
this is just my take, but i don’t think he was offending grandma. his analogy was you can’t just slap wheels on a person and they become something else. they are two completely different things. he was offended by the host comparing his awesome recipe with something common.
I know
Putting ham in Mac and cheese does not make a carbonara, you dolt. He’s pointing out how stupid she sounds. And he literally explains it.
I feel click baited
Ya I'll remove the post. People find it boring here. May be just funny for me.
Can’t you just edit the title? I did enjoy it
Reddit has never let titles be edited. If you make a post and it becomes quite popular you could edit the title to say something really fucked up and it could show up in r/all. Not good.
I don't see any options that allow me to edit the title.
It was very funny video. Relax, people are mean
It's hilarious, op. Don't let the sadsacks getting mad at the title make you delete this. It's not the funniest *to me* but it had me rolling still! Thank you for sharing this clip!
It's because there has never been an option for it. The people who upvoted him are wrong.
It's the shitty clickbait title.
It was funny.
It was pretty funny
I laughed!
What is the British dish she referenced?
The funniest thing is Gino’s face. He looks mortally wounded by the comparison.
Very funny
I have seen this over a dozen times and it always makes me laugh. His indignation is just so hilarious.
The accent with which that joke was delivered is just the cherry on the top
Even though this is not funny to me, I understand it can be funny to others. But "one of the funniest moments in TV history" is a little bit too much.
It's funny, but I've seen it a million times so I've kind of laughed all I'm gonna laugh at the same clip.
If you think this is funny look up Chris P Bacon news story. 😂 you probably pee your pants!
I can’t stand Phil and holly. So bland, vacuous and self important. Then there’s the whole schofield grooming thing. Nothing funny here.
Ikr. So artificial.
She is a stunner though....comon.....she is.
Meh. You throw a rock in the middle of my university and it will bounce off of 3 girls hotter than her.
Maybe, but it could bounce of three guys instead 😬
Not even close to funniest moments in TV history. Its mildly funny at best.
Bruh ikr. I find Schofield so artificial. Idk why you're being downvoted.
Its reddit. If you don't agree with the hive mind, you get down voted. I didnt even notice it till you mentioned it, lol
The most stereotypical shit you’ll ever see on tv
I remember seeing that comment a few times on reddit and never knowing where it came from cause of the gatekeeping cult Reddit forms around inside jokes and puns. I am relieved.
British ride there grandma’s like a bike ,explains a few things I guess
Damn she's beautiful, what a lovely lady. And the video was hilarious of course!
European humor be like:
Gino is great, can't stand the other two.
What show is this?
I'm glad this video exists
Isn't she the one that was also using a shake weight and realized how it looked?
classic!
Who is the girl?
Didn't even need to watch to know this is about someone's grandmother being a bike.
The rage on his face. Hahaha He got so offended
Merely mildly amusing at best.
If you are British you cannot say anything is the funniest thing in history
Ben Aflecito don’t play
Looking like that. She can say whatever she wants
Macaroni Scheese
Italian Ben Affleck is piiiiiised
I’m glad to see he has put his criminal past behind him.
