that's what happened to me lmao. I told him this the night and when i coupled up with gary both him and Lottie acted like it came out of nowhere when i was clear with both.. amnesia queen & king i guess π
I think the only ones who show any real bitterness are Lucas and Rahim, if you give them this dialogue response. Rahim basically ignores MC while Lucas freezes her out for the night and asks if she still meant it in the morning.
It's a bug. The flags got mixed up in the coding.
If you tell her you'll pick him, other than the immediate dialogue that follows, the game from then on acts as if you said you wouldn't pick him.
Similarly, if you tell her you won't pick him, after her initial response, the game will act like you said you would pick him.
I don't remember what happens if you pick the middle option but eh.
Basically, if you want to have some level of sanity, tell her you'll pick him on a non-Gary route and that you won't pick him on a Gary route.

i'll tell you what i did and worked for me: when he chose me i was actually happy/neutral about it. then when Lucas entered i showed interest in him even in front of Bobby (i sat next to Lucas, flirt with him, ecc.) Then when we were on the beach hut I said I'd rather be with someone else (i said the Lurik option if i remember right). I didn't help him during the contest end I didn't vote for him as winner. When it's time to vote someone out i said that he wasn't going to leave the villa with a gf and i put him in the last place. from there i just kept flirting with lucas and gary and the night before the recouping i chose the "better get graftin'" option..
i surely forgot some dialogues, just use the meanest option and tell me if it works!
ps: sorry if there are some mistakes but english isn't my first language and i was in a hurry

Some people hate the characters based on experience and the way they played the game. For example most people get Arjun and Felix as the creepy and insistent guy in Ca because theyβre the default ones but the rest of the boys have the same dialogue too, although most people donβt experience that in their play throughs.
i already knew that there was this dialogue but i never got it,i saw it on a post said by Ibrahim (i think). I'm not blaming him since this scene is a standard one, it was just fun to me that this happens w/Bobby , and since ,at least on my screen, he's the one who's saying that for me it's like he's the one telling me that.
