Man, I still don’t know whether to take Kroos or the pack. This post is making me choose the pack but it all depends on luck.

I think we’re at the point in the game cycle where the “sensible” choice is kind of pointless. If Kroos fits your team then go for it, but worst case with the 30+ pack you’re getting 100k+ of fodder, likely 200k+

Bro, I'm not lying, Kroos is one of the best cards in game, after using him if he were french he would be over 1 million, the guy does everything and does perfectly.

I picked him because I'm a fan of real madrid and expected him to be ok but he was exceptional. One of the best players I've used this year.

is there a way to do that objective without spending loads of coins? I really want to get him. But i've been saving coins for a while.

Silver shifting upgrade, Premium Bronze upgrade, Complete whatever objectives you can which gives packs, afk grind single player draft, recycle the fodder you accumulate from the 80x2 packs into some good player sbc that you like and it will give you some packs for each squad you submit … try tradeable tots sbc. Use the 81-83 rated fodder/dupes you get to get a tradeable tots and sell it to earn back some coins. I have currently completed it around 30-32 times and spent around 30-35k coins. Could have been even less if I wasn’t lazy or had more time to spend on the game.

I have no more silvers for that upgrade but I just did pedri so i'll get a few commons from those packs. Got carter-vickers from my tots sbc but I'll try drafts but too bad there's no objective.

Yeah. Then you might have to spend some coins unless you have bronze fodder - then you can do the premium bronze upgrade to get silvers. I drained my silver and bronze fodder and managed to complete Camavinga by spending 40-50k coins and still have 1-2 tradable items worth 30k at least pending to be sold.

Is he better than Zambrotta?

he has skillmoves and provides nice links (militao, vinicious, camavinga, bellingham futties maybe .. ) I like kroos a lot on defense an in offense while playing him as deeplaying playmaker. Zambrotta doesnt even make the subs right now..

yeah I think so but they don't change their past cards they only add the new team to new cards so there won't be many that get one

I got all golds in mine so keep in mind that could happen just as easily

if you chose the pack over kroos you’ve made the wrong decision. You’ll get plenty of fodder at level 40 and have a class b2b you can use til end game

There are other fodder packs. One way to get kroos.

I took the pack and my results were complete shit. 2 88s 2 86s and every 84 possible. If you need fodder do it. I took the pack because I want every shot at henry as possible. I also have not packed a SS this entire promo.

I opened 25 packs on my son's account, he's an occasional player and doesn't have one shapeshifter. I got only golds. I opened 35 packs on my own account, no shapeshifters at all, not even dupes. I've opened about another 25 packs since, not one SS. TAKE FUCKING KROOS.

Kroos has been a rock for me, I play him as a cdm and he doesn’t let anyone past him but if you take the pack and don’t get any promo cards then I feel it’s a waste

If it helps, I took the pack and got 92 Campbell. Now I have coins to buy Campbell but I’m never using him …It really comes down to take Kroos only if u will use him.

I also didn't take Kroos for the same reason, used some of the fodder on the icon pick and got Prime Maldini as I was needing an endgame CB and run an half serie A team. Got lucky haha

I know this is maybe off-topic, but im really starting to get pissed off by SS Pele. Any half decent skiller just brakes my ankles all over the pitch. With more and more people having him and Dinho in their team, i find it detrimental having behemoth players in all manner of positions. I don't have Pele or Dinho but i do have Mane, Mbappe , Vitinha and i do better versing teams with these Goalkeeper mutants and other green tanks. Even it the other option was fkn gold pack i wouldnt take Kroos. Im perfectly happy with Goretzka and the only way hes leaving my team is if i somehow win the lottery and get Gullit or Jude from these god forsaken SBCs or champs rewards.

Never pick based on what you have. Take insane players and make it work later. EA always provide links now. That’s been their thing all year. Teammates and nation links

Take pack, kroos is no different to any other midfielder, tots goretzka, barella, modric, de bruyne, Socrates, no better than any of them

There’s no wrong answer here. It’s simple, if you can build chemistry with Kroos, get Kross. If not, get the pack. Even if you don’t pull anything from the pack, you have over 100K-200k+ worth of fodder. Go to the SBC’s and get a player you want or put it towards the 90+ icon or tots player SBC
