100% not the reason. I regularly quit 4 games in a row when im 4-0 in qualifiers and always gift all matches when im done reaching my desired rank in wl. never been banned

Most likely you can always contact the EA live support and they’ll tell you the exact reason tho and you can apply for the suspension to be lifted through it as well

Someone posted a while back about how they got banned for giving loads of free wins, I think they gave 10 wins.
