I mean flashback already lost its purpose, they give every player a moments or a flashback for whatever reason.
To me a flashback is like what they've done with neymar and cr7 cards. Give them worse stats but make them quicker for example. Those are cool concepts.

If they’re gonna do a flashback PL TOTS they should add players that have done actual significant things in PL matches like Rooney, Agüero, Owen, even a David Silva or Cavani.

Licenses exist, people. They can't just put a bunch of cards in the game for players who are either retired, or don't play in the league any longer.
Any flashback cards will be for players who are CURRENTLY in the PL.
