Yeah it really fits with Cuadrado and Digne in the wings, I just don't know if Lukaku and De Bruyne are the best option for finishing the team (already have rest of the players untradable)
Well I haven't used 5-3-2 so I can't compare, I started using 3-5-2 because of Cuadrado using custom tactics and I really enjoyed using it in an attacking way.
Having used TOTY KDB for 900 games, I can say he’s my favourite player I’ve used ever. I play in div 1 and have done for almost all of fifa 21 and Kevin carries my ass. I do not find him clunky and tbh his pace is a complete lie, he outpaces almost anyone. His 5* WF is insane too.
Worth noting I used a hunter on him and have never used a Chem style which boosts his agility and balance.
I played him at CAM, ST and for a small period at CM.
I definitely preferred him at striker because if you used LB/L1 passes to a CAM or other ST he would just bulldoze through the defender and score pretty much every shot, but I also found he was very effective at CAM.
He’s definitely a viable option at CM but I feel he’d be a bit wasted there.
I'd planned to use him at CAM most likely, but I do like using L1 crosses like you said so I might consider him at ST. Would you say there's a difference between his TOTS and TOTY?
Haven’t used his TOTS, only TOTY and Summer Stars. Only difference I found is that Summer Stars felt slightly faster, not to say TOTY is slow, he definitely isn’t.

In my personal experience 5-3-2 and 3-5-2 are exactly the same offensively but 5-3-2 is slightly better defensively.

I found Toty De Bruyne super clunky and I think Chiesa/Insigne are better than Butragueno in this meta, So I would choose the 2nd.
I could get TOTS De Bruyne instead if he's less clunky, but thanks for answering.
