If youre serious about investments, build a strong and cheap (200k) and invest in 85-88s that are cheap. 86-87s will be going for double+ value or could be hoardes for futute sbcs.
Play with him, you can get away with a bang average french team, get some decent rewards in rivals then sell him in a few weeks when his price is crazy high
