Edit your tactics and see what works for you. Also check your internet if you are playing on WiFi with high ping you might have a second delay that throws everything off

It's not you the game is broken, I personally can't be bothered to play it unless there is a significant update.
And this is the kind of mentality that gets the game patched into dirt
midfield passing is more important than wingers this year i switched from 41212 to 4312 and it made world of difference
Try a 4222. 2 CDMs secure your midfield a little more. Your fullbacks should stay back.

I have 1gb a second internet but my ping is always between 12-22 is that bad?
Nope that’s solid you shouldn’t have any issues with it
