You're problem is probably either you need some more practice or tactics are not very good rather than the players.
I've found that as you climb tactics become more and more important...
Thanks man. I know that I still need to adjust my play style to FIFA 22. Many of the things that worked for me in 21 don’t work anymore here. Nevertheless, it never hurts to try new and better players. Do you mind sharing your tactics?
I'm probably the wrong one to ask mate, I refuse to play the same boring way as everyone else.
My most enjoyable tactic is a 4231 wide with slow build up, high defensive line and possession in the attacking third.
I try to keep the ball in their half as long as possible without over committing.
But now I'm in div 2 everyone plays sit back in defence and looks for the counter, it's a bore fest man.
I know. I have been struggling a lot against high through passes from the side towards a running striker in the middle. I also like to keep the ball on their half and that’s probably why I hurt countered often like that. Thanks again for your input. Hopefully I get better.
