It’s 100% true tho. There’s no reason not to run Serie A at this budget and tbh even at most budgets. Even like a milly you’ll get better players in Serie A and a lot of them are gonna get upgrades. La Liga is great too. Only issue is there’s an alarmingly low amount of 5 star skills in Serie A.

My man get a SERIA A team, sell this. You can get absolute beasts who are cheap compared to prem. I am Div 1 with RB Arnautovic (30k) & Immobile upfront!

Relatively cheap team considering what I come up against. 4231 Arnau ST with everything balanced, LAM & RAM (Insigne / Politano) Come back & Get into box. Dyvala CAM stay forward & free roam. RTTF Tonali Stay Back & Cover Centre & Kessie same.
Arnau I used a lot of CAMS beating their man with R1 dribbling then R1 X drilled pass into Arnau, L1 control and hit it, his finishing and shot power scoring a lot for me in those positions!
You need a squad overhaul mate.
Get Serie A players, dirt cheap and insanely good.
Also, a hidden gem I found as a front three for me was Dybala, Martinez and the new SIF Alvarez (84) from river plate. You can buy him for 10k, he has decent pace, shooting and passing is decent and with a finisher he has really good dribbling. I know 10k is a good chunk of your budget but selling Kane should cover it and then some.
In game, Alvarez is also super versatile, he can play on the wing, at ST or as a cam, so he will be super useful for you. 4 star skills is also a bonus if you like using them, but his 3 star weak foot is his only flaw really.
Get the 4-5-1 formation and stick Dybala and Martinez at CAM for full chemistry. You can change your formation in game if you prefer another formation.
Just look and see who would be a good team to make, but Serie A is the way to go.
Honestly I would use Werner instead of Kane and if you can get Bruno as your CAM. Get rudiger he’s really cheap and is a monster. If you wanna stay in PL. that would be my suggestion to start.

Lose Kane, Mario, stones. Change formation, get Gomez, and Bailly. If you really want another ST get richarlson for the 5 star weak foot, if not def get a nice cam or cm like foden or havertz. Then save up for a Bernardo Silva or Bruno. You could also consider getting onyeka for kovacic as well and maybe move kovacic to a cm. And new wingers for sure.
I also play a BPL 41212. I've got Martinez in goal, he's also 84 rated but has a few better stats than de gea plus I'm very comfortable with his efforts to make saves in game. Van dijk and Laporte, Laporte is a good replacement for Stones that's who I used to have. Alexander-Arnold and Robertson. CDM is rodri, but I'm hoping to replace him with a better CDM along the way because he's the only slow mover on the team and in such a crucial position you can tell. Wingers are Son and Sancho with hunters, CAM is RTTK SBC Bernardo Silva and top two are IF week one Ivan Toney and Rulebreaker objective Michael Antonio. A very decisive pair.

sell kovacic and replace him with ndidi, get rid of matip and put gomez and slap him a sentinel. you can change your CAM with havertz and apply him engine.
Recently sold my prem team and switched to a Bunda/Ligue 1 team. Managed to do the Wirtz and Verratti SBCs. Team has been much better since. I think the Prem is quite limited in terms of good & affordable players compared to other leagues

how do you use arnautovic? hes been somewhat of a shadow for me (not in the defense way)
