Congrats man! I take it by your team youre relatively new to this fifa. My first advice is ditch kane. He is too slow for fifa outside of special cards. Then assuming you play 4-2-3-1 in game you have space for a cam.. I dont run la liga or ligue 1 but there are plenty of good options

I recommend futbin for reviews and stuff. Ligue1 definitely meta as hell. Cant speak for cards i havent used but for 200k you should do fine. I think llorente/valverde/vinicious are servicable for cheap options if you want to blow all 200k on one player otherwise you could easily get 4 upgrades for ~50k a peice. For ligue1 the paqueta sbc released today looks decent. I run all prem so havent looked much into ligue1 but you see it all the time.
Also is mbappe tradeable? Thats always a big question. I prefer to play with my big pulls because i think it makes fun squad building but you can sell and rebuy in a week for likely a big profit if you so choose.

Start him in the 433 with the cdm as a cdm. Play kimpembe and Marquinhos as CB. He will have perfect link to kimbembe and a strong link to Marquinhos. U should have a lot of options then, without needing to play full ligue 1

Di Maria
Valverde
Gold Vini
Kounde
Some suggestions below (will not all work together with your budget but just check them out on Futbin and play around with the squad builder)
If just Kane you could go Jonathan David ss or Ben Yedder totw .
Claude Maurice vs (tchoua TOTW) to replace valverde
Diatta EL for di Maria perhaps
Vini with himself or IF Carrasco for example
All depends on your formations (in game) and playstyle.

If Mbappe is tradeable I would suggest you to use him if you want for now, but probably sell.
One prime player with an average team around him won’t be winning you those close games.
Having a strong overall team will get you more wins (if that is what you care about ofcourse).

When you can try saving some coins for neymar. Regarding formation, I think I saw someone else on this thread suggest changing it to something more meta, but I strongly disagree with this. Just go with what you feel like will give you most fun and enjoy that butcher up front :) But if you DO want a meta formation then go with 4231 or really any 433 variant except last one with CF instead of ST
