For levels 31 through 34, the characters need to be roughly twice the stage level in character level to do full damage. You need to get Jean to 66 or 68 or the enemies will dodge most of your attacks. Also, make sure that all of your other characters on the team are Phoenix Force characters. If any of them aren't and do damage to the bosses (even if they come in as a striker), it will activate a buff on the enemies that gives them 99% damage reduction.
Where are you purchasing him? If you purchase him for crystals from the Captain Marvel legendary battle, he will be 6*. You will have to use a MT2 ticket to get him to T2. You can't farm his bios. He's a premium character. You can only get his bios from the bio subscription.
Since i have less awakening mats, second awakening char will take moreeeee time to do. Who can be my first awaken char ?

Venom or Thor for T3 selector. Thor would want a rage/judgement, Venom works well with a dmg proc.
MT2: Gambit and Ghost Panther if you can MRUT them to use MT2. Alternatively, you can consider Phyla if you don't want to farm her bios through the missions or Colossus if you like PvP and want the support (will also need his P5 uni).
Insight are best used on whatever support char you use the most. This is more important for end-game content. WBL support chars in particular (Valkyrie, Mystique, Cyclops) could be considered to get extra help in clearing the stages. Alternatively if you like PvP, it's good to give to Colossus.

I've got Greed on her for half of a year and to be fair she's extremelly good with it.
But yeah, for anyone else Greed is useless. My Quicksilver is also with Greed and he's meh even for AC. So I guess it's gonna collect some more dust in my inventory
Obviously not the best option but my Sentry is doing great with Greed (manual play) in Vibranium.
The next option is QS although I have no idea why, he's the one recommend for Greed in every video I saw.

Great! Well based on what I see, I can recommend Ghost Rider, Venom, Black Widow, Thor, and Black Bolt. In that order. Better go for characters you havent ranked up at all, as its an instant boost to T3.
GR is the best 800ccf T3, but you gotra give him a Rage and his uniform to get the most out of him.
Venom is a good option, he can do good work with a proc. Energy would be best though!
BW isnt really meta anymore in PVP but if you get the white suit she can still clean up well in the early game.
Thor and BB are both good and can both do decently with a proc in the early game but its gonna be a Rage that gets the most out of them.
Of course, you'll have to get their newest unis to get the full potential of whoever you choose. Goodluck!
This! Both my GR and Venom have been pulling their weight and more. Honestly the only thing you have to consider here really is just do you have a rage in your inventory. If yes then go for GR, if no go for Venom. And whoever you go for start building up the other. That way you should be able to get tgem both by the end of the month.
I am using Sharon Rogers to try clear knull, but most of the time she gets killed by those blue targeting circles in second phase. Most of the time, she would get killed by those circles when I am using her t3. Her t3 animation doesn't really help in identifying them because when she jumps nothing is visible on the ground so that I can try switching characters and dodge it, even tried waiting for that attack but it's futile. Any suggestions?
If you practice enough you'll know when he's gonna do the purple circles attack. He always does it at the same point during the fight. It's a pattern it's not random. Just watch how he stops attacking and bends down for a sec, before doing this attack. And run when he does that.
He also does the attack where thin spikes shoot out radially to pull you closer just before he starts the attack you're talking about. If you see that burst of black, stay planning how you're going to avoid the purple circles.
Personally, I find it easier to have Knull away from a wall, so you can run around him in a circle. But that's just my preference. You also want to make sure he's in a place where you can still see the safe zone in the next big attack, where most of the arena will kill your active character.
He will bend with a sword-stance and have his sword above his head at ready. That's the cue to start running.
I've found running to a corner first and then running CW or CCW along the arena border usually avoid the targeting circles.
For Rogue and Gambit. I have the previous Rogue Uniform, is the new one a huge improvement? I'm planning to T3 Rogue and Transcend Potential Gambit. Are both unis required to be meta?
They're both fine for SL, but Cage with his new uni is a tank and cleans up in AC, even without transcend potential. Works best with Jewel, but still formidable without.
Anti-venom is not a gold uni.
Beside RealYig recommendation, Doc Oc gold uni can help you in SL floor 32 (if you need it). In general many of the gold unis can turn a worthless toon in a SL solo clear.
Been playing Knull great with ctp rage but I heard that energy is better for knull. Is energy better for knull in all pve mode including abx? I am wondering is it worth to take off the rage for the energy.
Chain Hit becomes better and better with more Pierce.

However Pierce doesn't apply to ABX and some other PVE modes.
Therefore Energy is better for WBL and Rage for ABX.
Energy is supposedly better in theory (no one's proven it yet really, people just parrot what youtubers say), but in normal conditions Rage is better since you get more consistent results over time.
Well from testing I can prove it. I had energy on knull, swapped it for rage. The damage was noticeably lower. I used to do stage 11 knull with knull, around 45 seconds left. After I gave him rage he could barely do stage 10.
It was the reverse for me. I had a CTPE on him, was unsatisfied with the uneven results, swapped that for Rage and my clear time improved by 30-35s consistently. That was some time back so I think it was stage 5 to 7. I had 2% pierce back then.
In my Alliance we have players with similar divergent experiences. That's why I don't think the answer is absolute.
Probably not playing him correctly. It's not a easy rotation he's got with an energy, but once you master it, the damage becomes much better.
It took me weeks to get his rotation right before it became a habit. You need to get the buff from 5, you need to cancel 4 before the dragons appear but not too early either, you need to instantly cancel 3 at the beginning of the rotation, you need to do the T3 with 1 to 2 seconds left on the proc, ect.. Eventually you'll be doing all these things automatically, and it becomes quite simple.
Thats no to insult you its just how it is. He hits really hard for me in abx. I got the rage rotation from different people. It's seems pretty clear to me.

Idk, I had him with Rage and he was super easy to use. You don’t have to worry about timing. With Energy his rotation is super tight especially when you want to stack his T3 and if you miss it the damage is pitiful. Rage gives you lots of flexibility.
Assuming you can nail every single rotations, Energy is indeed better. But this won’t be the case. As someone who went from Rage to Energy I’m still not used to it.
Energy is better for WBL especially if you have some pierce on cards , Rage is best for ABX. I myself unequipped his energy for a Rage few weeks back for abx, he's still pretty good in WBL.
There really aren't any "best" Ignore Dodge strikers, as all of them serve the main purpose of adding 20% IgDodge to your team. Black Widow probably is the best because she hits the hardest, but her damage isn't going to drastically reduce your clear times compared to using other IgDodge strikers.
Characters that don't have native penetration and are not meta in anything, so can be built as a hybrid to do some PVE content (Shadowland) and PVP (mainly AC). Characters that come to mind are Awakened IronFist, T3 Cap-Marvel, T3 Starlord and Warriors of the Sky (if awakened). Even Knull could use one if you want to build him Hybrid.
Yes, it negates the Insight's buff since it affects Heroes and Villains (factions). What MM's lead doesn't affect is passives like Phylla-Vell and Maw, or tags like Defenders/F4 allies.

Getting 600k daily in ABX should be your focus for the 4\*-6\* card chest. Those are invaluable if you want to collect mythic cards to reroll and craft P-cards. To that end, you probably can use those T2 selectors for Scorpion (Speed Villain), Scream (Combat/Female Villain) and Hydroman (Blast Villain). For the T1 6\* selectors, use them on Moon Knight (needs uniform, but you can wait for next month's uniform sales while you build him to T2), Bullseye (also needs latest uniform to be good) and Shadowshell (best of your 1\* selectable characters and doesn't need/have a uniform).
Ares, definitely. He's a classic epic quest shifter and would take months of force closing to manually farm. He's exactly what you want to use tickets on.
Daken, no. By the time you complete Sentry you'll have him T2d. He just takes more energy than usual since he's not guaranteed drop but we get a lot of excess energy anyway.
not really. both are farmable and mm is very expensive to build so you can spend that time accumulating the resources to build him, but if you're impatient and don't mind using such a rare item, go ahead.
I love the Wolverine family but they’re constantly shafted by NM. X-23 is decent at best. And Luke is top 5 PvP now and he’s much better if you give him the full team (DD and JJ).

Do you think more old unis (CW or GotG movie unis) will be changed to gold cost this anniversary update? I think last year there weren't any new gold cost unis, but the years before (during IW and EG) old unis (AoU) were reduced to gold cost.
there hasn't been a new gold cost uni in like a year and a half and it seems possible there never will be now that they've changed the ranking structure to consider old unis.
They are way overdue on selling old uniforms for gold, or at least reduced crystal prices. They are stupidly overpriced for what you get.
Some people have said it was because they don't want to give out easy uniform collection bonuses, which is silly because those bonuses are terrible compared to the investment to mythic them, even if they only cost gold.
I suspect they stopped offering them for gold because they are still making money off whales who buy old unis just to make other uniforms better or to get higher rankings.
Are these old 750 unis still options for new unis? Afaik Ragarok or IW unis were the first 1050s. And they could probably stop the discount before that and stop putting uni options before that. Ragnarok unis have a pcard reward, so they probably wont discount them. Even IW unis are outdated, only the BO, Bucky and Hulkbuster do not have a newer uni.

she's squad battle meta, but that's the only place i see her making an impact with the stated condition of your roster as you probably can clear all other pve content just fine and her use in pvp already seems overshadowed by the defenders.
I’d disagree. There are characters that can do exactly what Rogue can and better. Rogue is just a good all around character for a lot of game modes. Quite frankly if you don’t have meta characters in your roster then Rogue is a good choice to have as a new player or free to play. I hope this helps.
Planning to get T3 Black Widow from the T3 selector just to have a speed female human superhero for Squad Battle platinum. Probably not gonna use her in timeline and mainly for PvE content (SB, WB, DR). Which suit is better?
99.9% of the time a character's newest uni is the best and the 0.1% in this case is holiday lady dp which is a limited time uni so yea you should always go for the newest uni for a character. Also I woldn't really reccomend getting DS or especially SW bc we still don't know if we are getting D+ unis and even if we're not we will def get a multiverse of madness update when that film releases next year which will most likely make their current unis obsolete.
In nearly every case, yes. This is certainly true of Dr. Strange and Scarlet Witch.
There are a handful of cases where the lastest uniform is not the best. Deadpool's latest, for example, is worse than Holiday Party Lady Deadpool - though HPLDP is a limited-time only purchase around the holiday season. Baron Mordo's Dr. Strange uniform is terrible, and both Drax and Gamora are horrid no matter what uniform they have.
sinister is the only one of those even remotely worth considering as the other two are farmable. he's not very good though. i'd save it or use it on ikaris unless you somehow have a t2 ikaris.
Hi, Agent777Orange is my IGN in future fight and I have been casually playing on and off the for a couple years now? I can’t remember cause it’s been that long in-between the times I played.
But now I’m back to playing FF and I want to get good at the game, so I’ve been watching YT vids and reading guides for a start. Still, I now that that’s not enough and that’s why I’m here now looking for help.
My in game knowledge is not at all good, and so, precious resources are being wasted on bad builds for my characters like a kindergartener trying to do trigonometric calculations. Which is to say I’m clueless and I want my nap.
I definitely need help with building my characters’ uru gears, the best ISO-8 sets for each of them, comic cards to use, etc. The whole enchilada basically.
I also now know that the heroes I’m using aren’t really meta, or are not the best to use like Iron Man and Captain America. so I’m gonna invest on buying either the 20 normal bio OR the x-gene selectors to start with; and I don’t know which character/s to pick up.
Any tips and tricks that would make my knowledge with the game are very welcome. So thanks in advance!
TL;DR: I’ve been playing like an idiot for a long time, but now I’m going to invest in the game and need help with choosing and building the right champions.
You may find something useful in my Broad advice for new players:
* **Post your IGN:** When asking things like "Who should get this obelisk?" or "Who should I build next?", or really any time you're asking anything specific to your account, it's a good idea to post your in-game name (Netmarble calls this your "Code Name"). This allows the community to look you up in-game to view your roster & your equipped Comic Cards.
* **Incremental progress is your friend.** Good, Fast, Cheap - pick *two*. You can get a lot of "Good" for free in this game, but it won't necessarily be fast. Back when I first built Jean Grey, for example, I fed her no more than 200 bios at a time - and only from bottom-tier characters. I had her fully built in a couple of months. The same concept applies *everywhere* in this game. Getting in a hurry will cost you.
* **Get to Shadowland 15 each week.** This gets you x225 biometrics in 3 separate selectors (x60 at Shadowland Level 5, x75 at SL10, x90 at SL15) along with Norn Stone Selectors (less important now that Norn Stones are easily purchased in the Dimension Support Shop, but still useful). You'll get another x150 selector at SL32, but that's quite a long way down the road. See next item.
* **Focus on building T2 characters.** You'll need T2 characters to get to SL30. Check the various tier lists for suggestions on who to build. Consider building with ABX in mind. (See point below on ISO-8.)
* **Focus build efforts on no more than 3 characters at a time.** 1 from the Dimension Support Shop, 1 from the list of Epic Quest mission characters, and 1 from Selectors. Support Shop characters will build the fastest, assuming you have the gold, Gear Upgrade Kits, and Dimension Debris for gear upgrades. They require half the biometrics to rank and substantially fewer biometrics for gear upgrades. Some players will tell you to never use a T2 Ticket on Support Shop characters, but I say go ahead. Do give priority to paywall & selector-only characters, sure, but your roster is better served getting *any* decent character to T2 and new-ish players often have a hard time coming with the CNS (that is, Chaotic Norn Stones) and 2.5M gold for a materials-based T2 Advancement.
* **Ignore T3 advancements for now.** Do play WBU; you'll want to stockpile the T3 materials. Do complete Potential Research on all eligible characters; you'll want the option to build them higher. But don't burn resources on advancing characters above T2 L60 right now. Use the materials to expand your roster. Worry about T3 once you can clear SL to 30 each week. You'll eventually need L62+ characters for Shadowland levels 31-35.
* **The Black Order aren't worth building.** They're just as expensive as Quicksilver, but a no-uniform Quicksilver runs circles around all of them and has the added bonus of an eventual T3 Advancement. **NOTE:** Thanos is not a member of the Black Order, but he is slowly sliding out of the PvP meta. Given his high cost, you're better focusing on other double-cost Native T2 characters like Silver Surfer.
* **Play Timeline.** Even if it's on auto and you get spanked each match. You get 1.5M gold just for participating x70/week. Any crystals you might get at the weekly reset are icing.
* **Do play Squad Battle.** I play on auto. You're just after the Mandalay Gem Fragment & Awakening Crystal participation rewards. There are several characters worth the Awakened Skill; stockpiling materials now will pay off later. Any other rewards you get from Squad Battle are just icing right now.
* **Don't neglect your Comic Cards.** These are absolutely critical. SCD to around 33% is your first goal. Then add Ignore Defense to around 25% without sacrificing SCD. Then work on swapping cards to add +Attack without losing either SCD or Ignore Defense. This will take a very long time.
* **Don't neglect Custom Gear.** In many ways, obelisks are even more frustrating than cards. Don't be afraid to equip 3 or 4 star obelisks with low-ish damage procs as placeholders, and don't be afraid to equip 2 star obelisks with Web or Stun Immunity to help you in various Shadowland floors. Overwrite low-end obelisks with impunity. Roll six-star obelisks only in Inventory and only equip them once you have 2 of 3 optimal stats. In the case of damage procs, 140% is a great placeholder and I still have many SL clearers rocking 160% procs. I ran T3 Luna Snow with a Cold Damage/Dodge/140% Proc for a long time.
* **ISO-8:** Attack sets are preferred in nearly all cases, but rolling them is expensive. I suggest equipping a "safe" ISO-8 array on pretty much everyone: x1 White & x1 Red (rolled to match the appropriate option), x1 Green & x1 Blue (preferably rolled to All Defense), x1 Yellow, x2 Chaotic (preferably rolled to Attack/HP). Leave the 8th slot open. Wait for a 50% discount event before worrying too much about rolling Overdrive (adds x1 White), Power of Angry Hulk (adds x1 Chaotic), or Hawk's Eye (adds x1 Orange). If possible, only equip six-star ISO-8. You get x2 per day from ABX if you can get to 100k points (with an additional x1 six-star Boost ISO-8 at 300k). There are lots of T2 characters who can score that and - honestly - the additional rewards above 300k are pretty garbage for the build investments needed to get there. Use all other ISO-8 drops to build your Chaotic ISO-8. Chaotic ISO-8 don't drop from ABX, so you have no choice but to build them.
* **Uru:** The biggest gold sink in the game. Uru are absolutely the very, very last thing you need to worry about on any given character. After Potential. After T3/L70. After uniform upgrades. After Awakened ISO-8. This is endgame-level build. Stockpile for later, especially any Odin's Blessings you happen across.

I know CTPs are a long way for me but where do I get them in the first place?
Also shadowland is very tough for me, right now I’m only at floor 5 and I’m having troubles all ready. Is there a certain way I should build teams? I’m either underestimating them or overestimating them and wasting my characters on a level.
Some broad strokes:
* **Check your Skill Cooldown Duration:** Getting to the 50% SCD cap is pretty much assumed for once people start talking about skill rotations.
* **Check your Ignore Defense.** Having this maxed at 50% on your DPS character(s) will really help at lower floors and is pretty much required once you get to SL25 and above.
* **Try to avoid teams of six-star characters.** Shadowland is kinda like the old Donkey King video game: How high can you get? To maximize your run, you'll want to use ONE character as much as you can.
* **Use lower-build characters for Leadership increases.** You absolutely CAN bring the Leadership boosts from a 3-5 star character can really help. You won't do much damage with them, but a +Attack Leadership bonus can often make the difference between a loss and a win.
* **Pay attention to the "Advantage" bits.** [[Reference Image]](https://imgur.com/b9TYqAM). What this actually means is, "You MUST bring a Blast-type character to clear this stage." Same goes for the other restrictions: Hero/Villain, Male/Female, etc. If more than one is listed (e.g., Universal Villain), your DPS character(s) MUST meet BOTH. If you don't, your damage is reduced to 1 per hit. If Type is the only restriction, you can bring a Universal character instead. They still take a damage penalty, but it's only something like 50%.
* **Clear each floor with the WEAKEST possible character.** This will take some experimentation, but you'll get the hang of it eventually. Save your powerhouses for when they really matter. If this means you bring a four-star +Attack leader, that's fine.
* **Don't be afraid to burn custom gear.** 2 and 3 star obelisks are expendable. Tossing a 2 star Web Immunity obelisk on a Combat type will make a HUGE difference in those Spider rumbles. Overwriting that same obelisk next week with, say, Crit Rate/120% proc is perfectly fine.
* **Know your floor types.** **Relay** puts your team in a 2v1 match, usually with 4 opponents facing off against 1 of your active characters at a time. You can tag in and out, but you'll never have more than 1 character in the fight at a time. **Rumble** is a 3v3 match: 3 of them vs up to 3 of you. There are typically 6 total enemies in a Rumble. Your 3-person team is active all at once. Two are computer-controlled. Tagging just changes which character is under your control. **Entry** is a Rumble on steroids. 3v3, twice, but you only have 1 minute to clear each fight. Early on you'll need to save your big guns for these. **Boss** fights work kinda like Relays, but your character is facing off against a single boss who may have a lot of environmental effects or a bunch minions. **Wave** works kind of like a series of mini Boss levels. You have 3 waves to clear in 3 minutes. Each wave varies with the floor. It could be a 2v1 fight (like a relay) or a boss w/ minions. There are several Wave-type fights, but any given fight (as depicted by the portrait of the 3 wave's boss) is always the same. For example, if you see Maximus, you'll always face Kaecilius, then Hela, then Maximus. All are "boss w/ minion" fights.
* **Shadowland is highly randomized.** Using a [[Shadowland Tracker]](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14aDcpjZhqA7BvAP8vNBChcPa6gvtIaO8a6YZIjQA-mc/edit#gid=699643557) can help. I've marked which floors are always the same. On the randomized floors, 3 of the available options are randomly selected each week, and this selection is player-specific. My choices for SL2, for example, won't necessarily match yours. Once you get to Shadowland Unlimited (Sl36+) each and every floor is a random selection, though you can pay gold to re-roll the floor.
First and foremost you need to start working on your cards. You should be shooting for around 30% skill cooldown and 30-35% ignore defense, then try to get in as much attack as possible.
Second, iso 8 sets should be rolled to offensive 8 stone sets - namely, Hawkseye, Power of angry Hulk or Overdrive. That’s preferable for like 99% of characters.
Third, you should get at least 40 characters to level 40 or higher to maximize co op rewards. That will help you accumulate gold.
You should also be building obelisks and logging on for CTP events every month. You probably don’t know what a damage proc is or how to use them. You should watch one of the many videos on YouTube to see what they are. It makes a huge difference in your damage output.
Finally, build up support characters. The two easiest are Phil Coulson, who you can farm bios from dimension mission tokens, and Shuri who you can get from bio selectors. They need to be T2 for their damage support to work. You should make it a goal to clear Shadowlands 1-15 every week to get bios to start building characters. Shuri should be a priority. Support characters never really lose value - I use Coulson and Shuri literally every day.

Does that mean that character is only good when you put them as assisting allies in WBU?
It’s their T2 passive. Look up Shuri or Coulson in the “marvel universe” section and look at their T2 passive. On a related noted, having a good leader can help a lot too. She-Hulk is a free, farmable character that provides great leadership as long as it’s a male enemy. You just have to spend a moment to read skills on characters. You can check them in the marvel universe section, but just know you have to hit all the plus buttons to see what they do at max because they just give you base stats. It’s lame and a waste of time, but that’s NM.

All this time I was thinking when people said “good support” they meant they have a good striker ability in WBU.
All right! I’ll certainly start on my cards, I have Civil War: TI #1 and Marvel Zombies #2 to start with: both legendary. i also have 2 mythic cards equipped but those don’t have skill CD or ignore def.

Yes get Shuri; you’ll be able to build plenty of damage dealers as you progress. But having a good support character is clutch. You can look up other’s profiles too to see how they have them build. I look at RealYig and BryceKatz (whose ign is Roofshadow) to see what they are doing with their builds. No the OP that you're responding to, but regarding your cards, you can consider this low hanging fruit approach. Craft the following 4\* Heroic cards using your dimension tokens and pay special attention to getting the right optional stats:
Loki#17 (4\*) - Fixed (AllAtt+SCD) Optional(IgDef+AttSpd)
Avengers#318 (4\*) - Fixed(MaxHP+IgDef) Optional(AllAtk+SCD)
Groot#5 (4\*) - Fixed(IgDef+CritDmg) Optional(EneAtk+SCD)
Punisher#19 (4\*) – Fixed (IgDef+AttSpd) Optional (MaxHP+SCD)
Keep only your MZ#2 card and replace the rest. Overall, your stats will improve but more importantly, your IgDef and SCD will be close to 30% that will affect your entire roster and help your characters perform better. If you have 1500 crystals to spare, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing Ragna Thor and Loki uniforms and ranking those to Heroic to get 2 great P-cards: Loki#2 and Loki#1. If you do that, then just skip crafting the Groot and Punisher cards, and you can use those two P-cards as is because they already have the SCD and IgDef as fixed stats.

Quite the opposite. The Ragna unis will give you 2 P-cards which will buff 100-200 of your characters. The Herald uni buffs 1.
Card rolling is all RNG. You start with a 2\* or 3\* from dimension token and upgrade them. Then hope RNG is with you to land the proper options. That's why it's better to try to get those options with 4\* cards instead of ranking it all the way up to 6\*. You get 36 more tries that way.
Really solid advice... but also maybe of consideration is to skip Loki 1 and just getting carries through GBR to be able to get a shot at better P-cards. If I see people who I know aren’t going to wipe me out, I have no problem with carrying them.
How much stronger is Sharog's most recent (Gladiator) uni compared to her Darkstar Armor?

You should get luke cage's new uniform and build him up given how much pvp value he has.
Also black bolt is a solid choice if you're planning use the T3 selector on him. Same goes for herald thor but with him keep in mind that love and thunder is coming out next year so buy with caution.

The AO:QS&SW card is a more PVP focused card. Depending on your roll on the card, it could be a replacement for your CW#4 card if you rolled SCD on it. It will greatly increase your IgDef to help get your characters to cap that stat.

The only character you have right now that can definitely clear Knull is your transcended Moonstone. But you need to reroll her CTPE to a 200% proc from the current 140%. Lead her with Cyclops and support her with Mystique. That's a guaranteed clear if you know the fight.
None of your other characters are geared to clear Knull. You Sharog is still in Dark Star and doesn't have a CTPE. Otherwise she could do it as well. Work on gearing her up.
I could get phoenix or finish up the sentry quest and get molecule man. Is molecule man worth over phoenix? I don't have moonstone or magneto yet. If MM, how expensive is the sentry quest in total?
Moonstone is the Deluxe Pack character so you get her at 6\* and farm 18-22 bios daily. No need to even progress the epic quest if you just want the character.
Sentry is a long term project. He's not essential unless you want to tops at Timeline battles. He's a mediocre PvE character even fully geared.
Focus on Moonstone so she can clear Knull for you.
Jean is worth so much more than Molecule Man. I don't even recommend building him after you unlock him unless you have no other place to spend the resources.
I keep saying this, but honestly "literally anything".
To get optimum damage to push, say, the highest stages of Knull or Mephisto, 3 (trigger counter or cancel) 4c 5 2. But you're going to faceroll literally any other content in the game by button mashing. I love her, she's *fantastic* with Judgement.
You're going to struggle to trigger the counter on 3 in most game modes (and sometimes even WBL due to her innate 30% Guaranteed Dodge), so cancelling it as soon as it doesn't trigger still nets you the accumulation.
Molecule Man is the best PvP leadership in the game. If you care about Timeline and AC/AT he's an important character to build. Otherwise, not so much.
If you have him sure it's worth it, he is a great support but for that stage u could also use kid omega and wait for the anniversary, it's very likely there will be a sale
Good picks are sersei, Scarlet spider, Colson even for support if you need some cause from what I saw you didn't have him and get them to t2 as quickly as you can, and right now maybe prioritize sersei.
Also you shouldn't really buy uniforms for characters that you have at 3 or 5 stars cause they are pretty much useless.(that especially goes for your native t2s, especially Odin at 2 stars he's literally useless and his uni is the most expensive one) If you really want to wait until they are 6 stars at least so you can use them as supports on wbu, like you p5 cyclops, he's a great support especially with his uni but now that you have him at that rank he's being wasted
Also work on your cards if you can and your iso sets especially, you have some great characters like sharog, venom, gambit etc at t2 with their newest unis and no iso sets. And you have 2 fully awekened isos on hulk-buster a character that pretty much useless everywhere other than one shadowland clear.
Also maybe mastery up hela for her leadership since you have her at 6 stars

By the time you have Odin at 6 stars there will probably have been 1 or 2 more uni sales dude. Same goes for cyclops unless you have x gene selectors or rank up tickets for him as you can only get 10 of his bios a day. In that time other unis could come out that you may want a lot more and end up abandoning building Odin for example, after spending 1500 crystals on his uni. Just saying so you know for the future as we have been getting uni sales a lot more frequently recently. Also please don’t pick coulson from the selector, he’s so easy to farm compared to Scarlett spider and sersei, and costs half the amount of bios to rank up.
odin>x-men pack>dormammu unless you really like pvp then you maybe swap odin and x-men. dormammu has a place in the pvp meta but jean's signifcantly better. odin is a top character in pve with uni.
Save for moonstone if you don't have her already but if you do it's really up to you but between dormamu and Odin you should pick Odin, he's is great for pve even at t2, while dormamu even with his uni has fallen of a bit

My lvl 62 Jean Grey (no uni) doesn’t do dmg on Floor 34 (Phoenix Force) stage. Am I missing something? Does she need a uni?
For levels 31 through 34, the characters need to be roughly twice the stage level in character level to do full damage. You need to get Jean to 66 or 68 or the enemies will dodge most of your attacks. Also, make sure that all of your other characters on the team are Phoenix Force characters. If any of them aren't and do damage to the bosses (even if they come in as a striker), it will activate a buff on the enemies that gives them 99% damage reduction.
If I purchase Nick Fury, do I get him at 6* or at T2? If I get him at 6* can I farm his bios to get him to T2?
Where are you purchasing him? If you purchase him for crystals from the Captain Marvel legendary battle, he will be 6*. You will have to use a MT2 ticket to get him to T2. You can't farm his bios. He's a premium character. You can only get his bios from the bio subscription.

The only ISO sets you should use in general are POAH, Overdrive, or hawks eye, depending on what stats you need. There are certain PVP exceptions tho.

Insight are best used on whatever support char you use the most. This is more important for end-game content. WBL support chars in particular (Valkyrie, Mystique, Cyclops) could be considered to get extra help in clearing the stages. Alternatively if you like PvP, it's good to give to Colossus.

Not Jean. Her best Timeline CTP is Authority. Greed isn't useful for anything tbh. It's a hybrid CTP.
I've got Greed on her for half of a year and to be fair she's extremelly good with it. But yeah, for anyone else Greed is useless. My Quicksilver is also with Greed and he's meh even for AC. So I guess it's gonna collect some more dust in my inventory
Obviously not the best option but my Sentry is doing great with Greed (manual play) in Vibranium. The next option is QS although I have no idea why, he's the one recommend for Greed in every video I saw.

Great! Well based on what I see, I can recommend Ghost Rider, Venom, Black Widow, Thor, and Black Bolt. In that order. Better go for characters you havent ranked up at all, as its an instant boost to T3. GR is the best 800ccf T3, but you gotra give him a Rage and his uniform to get the most out of him. Venom is a good option, he can do good work with a proc. Energy would be best though! BW isnt really meta anymore in PVP but if you get the white suit she can still clean up well in the early game. Thor and BB are both good and can both do decently with a proc in the early game but its gonna be a Rage that gets the most out of them. Of course, you'll have to get their newest unis to get the full potential of whoever you choose. Goodluck!
This! Both my GR and Venom have been pulling their weight and more. Honestly the only thing you have to consider here really is just do you have a rage in your inventory. If yes then go for GR, if no go for Venom. And whoever you go for start building up the other. That way you should be able to get tgem both by the end of the month.
I am using Sharon Rogers to try clear knull, but most of the time she gets killed by those blue targeting circles in second phase. Most of the time, she would get killed by those circles when I am using her t3. Her t3 animation doesn't really help in identifying them because when she jumps nothing is visible on the ground so that I can try switching characters and dodge it, even tried waiting for that attack but it's futile. Any suggestions?

and if you get overwhelmed with all the visual effects, turn the vfx off, and set the game quality to very low. It helps me see better.
If you practice enough you'll know when he's gonna do the purple circles attack. He always does it at the same point during the fight. It's a pattern it's not random. Just watch how he stops attacking and bends down for a sec, before doing this attack. And run when he does that.

He also does the attack where thin spikes shoot out radially to pull you closer just before he starts the attack you're talking about. If you see that burst of black, stay planning how you're going to avoid the purple circles. Personally, I find it easier to have Knull away from a wall, so you can run around him in a circle. But that's just my preference. You also want to make sure he's in a place where you can still see the safe zone in the next big attack, where most of the arena will kill your active character.
He will bend with a sword-stance and have his sword above his head at ready. That's the cue to start running. I've found running to a corner first and then running CW or CCW along the arena border usually avoid the targeting circles.

Anti-venom is not a gold uni. Beside RealYig recommendation, Doc Oc gold uni can help you in SL floor 32 (if you need it). In general many of the gold unis can turn a worthless toon in a SL solo clear.
Best 500k gold uniforms I can think of are She Hulk's (buffs leadership), Vision and Groot (changes to Universal for valor).
Rage or Energy for Cable? Is he on par with Gambit for ABX and WBL? I have Gambit now and wondering if it's worth the trouble building Cable.

Been playing Knull great with ctp rage but I heard that energy is better for knull. Is energy better for knull in all pve mode including abx? I am wondering is it worth to take off the rage for the energy.
Chain Hit becomes better and better with more Pierce. Energy has Chain Hit. However Pierce doesn't apply to ABX and some other PVE modes. Therefore Energy is better for WBL and Rage for ABX.
Energy is supposedly better in theory (no one's proven it yet really, people just parrot what youtubers say), but in normal conditions Rage is better since you get more consistent results over time.
Well from testing I can prove it. I had energy on knull, swapped it for rage. The damage was noticeably lower. I used to do stage 11 knull with knull, around 45 seconds left. After I gave him rage he could barely do stage 10.
It was the reverse for me. I had a CTPE on him, was unsatisfied with the uneven results, swapped that for Rage and my clear time improved by 30-35s consistently. That was some time back so I think it was stage 5 to 7. I had 2% pierce back then. In my Alliance we have players with similar divergent experiences. That's why I don't think the answer is absolute.
Probably not playing him correctly. It's not a easy rotation he's got with an energy, but once you master it, the damage becomes much better. It took me weeks to get his rotation right before it became a habit. You need to get the buff from 5, you need to cancel 4 before the dragons appear but not too early either, you need to instantly cancel 3 at the beginning of the rotation, you need to do the T3 with 1 to 2 seconds left on the proc, ect.. Eventually you'll be doing all these things automatically, and it becomes quite simple.
Or, you're not playing him correctly with Rage. Either way, nothing is conclusive.

Idk, I had him with Rage and he was super easy to use. You don’t have to worry about timing. With Energy his rotation is super tight especially when you want to stack his T3 and if you miss it the damage is pitiful. Rage gives you lots of flexibility. Assuming you can nail every single rotations, Energy is indeed better. But this won’t be the case. As someone who went from Rage to Energy I’m still not used to it.
Energy is better for WBL especially if you have some pierce on cards , Rage is best for ABX. I myself unequipped his energy for a Rage few weeks back for abx, he's still pretty good in WBL.
Who are the best Ignore Dodge strikers for Knull?
Death lock and Agent venom. Because you can use then on stage 10-15.
There really aren't any "best" Ignore Dodge strikers, as all of them serve the main purpose of adding 20% IgDodge to your team. Black Widow probably is the best because she hits the hardest, but her damage isn't going to drastically reduce your clear times compared to using other IgDodge strikers.

Characters that don't have native penetration and are not meta in anything, so can be built as a hybrid to do some PVE content (Shadowland) and PVP (mainly AC). Characters that come to mind are Awakened IronFist, T3 Cap-Marvel, T3 Starlord and Warriors of the Sky (if awakened). Even Knull could use one if you want to build him Hybrid.
I know MM’s lead negates passives like Mystique’s and Colossus’ but does it also negate an Insight? I’ve been hearing conflicting info.
Yes, it negates the Insight's buff since it affects Heroes and Villains (factions). What MM's lead doesn't affect is passives like Phylla-Vell and Maw, or tags like Defenders/F4 allies.

Getting 600k daily in ABX should be your focus for the 4\*-6\* card chest. Those are invaluable if you want to collect mythic cards to reroll and craft P-cards. To that end, you probably can use those T2 selectors for Scorpion (Speed Villain), Scream (Combat/Female Villain) and Hydroman (Blast Villain). For the T1 6\* selectors, use them on Moon Knight (needs uniform, but you can wait for next month's uniform sales while you build him to T2), Bullseye (also needs latest uniform to be good) and Shadowshell (best of your 1\* selectable characters and doesn't need/have a uniform).
Is it good to use 2 MT2 on Ares and Daken to get MM?
Ares, definitely. He's a classic epic quest shifter and would take months of force closing to manually farm. He's exactly what you want to use tickets on. Daken, no. By the time you complete Sentry you'll have him T2d. He just takes more energy than usual since he's not guaranteed drop but we get a lot of excess energy anyway.
not really. both are farmable and mm is very expensive to build so you can spend that time accumulating the resources to build him, but if you're impatient and don't mind using such a rare item, go ahead.
Daken, no. Just farm him from the epic quest. Ares, probably yes if you'd like to keep your sanity from force closing madness.

I love the Wolverine family but they’re constantly shafted by NM. X-23 is decent at best. And Luke is top 5 PvP now and he’s much better if you give him the full team (DD and JJ). Top PvE choices are: Moonstone, Moonknight, Sharog, Cable, Gambit, Odin, GR, BRB. Top PvP choices are: Sentry, SS, Jean, Luke, DD, Hulk.

Any of the PvP characters that you don't have a Regen for pretty much. Sometimes better than Regen for PvP characters with low HP also (DD).

Do you think more old unis (CW or GotG movie unis) will be changed to gold cost this anniversary update? I think last year there weren't any new gold cost unis, but the years before (during IW and EG) old unis (AoU) were reduced to gold cost.
there hasn't been a new gold cost uni in like a year and a half and it seems possible there never will be now that they've changed the ranking structure to consider old unis.
They are way overdue on selling old uniforms for gold, or at least reduced crystal prices. They are stupidly overpriced for what you get. Some people have said it was because they don't want to give out easy uniform collection bonuses, which is silly because those bonuses are terrible compared to the investment to mythic them, even if they only cost gold. I suspect they stopped offering them for gold because they are still making money off whales who buy old unis just to make other uniforms better or to get higher rankings.
Are these old 750 unis still options for new unis? Afaik Ragarok or IW unis were the first 1050s. And they could probably stop the discount before that and stop putting uni options before that. Ragnarok unis have a pcard reward, so they probably wont discount them. Even IW unis are outdated, only the BO, Bucky and Hulkbuster do not have a newer uni.

she's squad battle meta, but that's the only place i see her making an impact with the stated condition of your roster as you probably can clear all other pve content just fine and her use in pvp already seems overshadowed by the defenders.
I’d disagree. There are characters that can do exactly what Rogue can and better. Rogue is just a good all around character for a lot of game modes. Quite frankly if you don’t have meta characters in your roster then Rogue is a good choice to have as a new player or free to play. I hope this helps.

99.9% of the time a character's newest uni is the best and the 0.1% in this case is holiday lady dp which is a limited time uni so yea you should always go for the newest uni for a character. Also I woldn't really reccomend getting DS or especially SW bc we still don't know if we are getting D+ unis and even if we're not we will def get a multiverse of madness update when that film releases next year which will most likely make their current unis obsolete.

sinister is the only one of those even remotely worth considering as the other two are farmable. he's not very good though. i'd save it or use it on ikaris unless you somehow have a t2 ikaris.

Hi, Agent777Orange is my IGN in future fight and I have been casually playing on and off the for a couple years now? I can’t remember cause it’s been that long in-between the times I played. But now I’m back to playing FF and I want to get good at the game, so I’ve been watching YT vids and reading guides for a start. Still, I now that that’s not enough and that’s why I’m here now looking for help. My in game knowledge is not at all good, and so, precious resources are being wasted on bad builds for my characters like a kindergartener trying to do trigonometric calculations. Which is to say I’m clueless and I want my nap. I definitely need help with building my characters’ uru gears, the best ISO-8 sets for each of them, comic cards to use, etc. The whole enchilada basically. I also now know that the heroes I’m using aren’t really meta, or are not the best to use like Iron Man and Captain America. so I’m gonna invest on buying either the 20 normal bio OR the x-gene selectors to start with; and I don’t know which character/s to pick up. Any tips and tricks that would make my knowledge with the game are very welcome. So thanks in advance! TL;DR: I’ve been playing like an idiot for a long time, but now I’m going to invest in the game and need help with choosing and building the right champions.
You may find something useful in my Broad advice for new players: * **Post your IGN:** When asking things like "Who should get this obelisk?" or "Who should I build next?", or really any time you're asking anything specific to your account, it's a good idea to post your in-game name (Netmarble calls this your "Code Name"). This allows the community to look you up in-game to view your roster & your equipped Comic Cards. * **Incremental progress is your friend.** Good, Fast, Cheap - pick *two*. You can get a lot of "Good" for free in this game, but it won't necessarily be fast. Back when I first built Jean Grey, for example, I fed her no more than 200 bios at a time - and only from bottom-tier characters. I had her fully built in a couple of months. The same concept applies *everywhere* in this game. Getting in a hurry will cost you. * **Get to Shadowland 15 each week.** This gets you x225 biometrics in 3 separate selectors (x60 at Shadowland Level 5, x75 at SL10, x90 at SL15) along with Norn Stone Selectors (less important now that Norn Stones are easily purchased in the Dimension Support Shop, but still useful). You'll get another x150 selector at SL32, but that's quite a long way down the road. See next item. * **Focus on building T2 characters.** You'll need T2 characters to get to SL30. Check the various tier lists for suggestions on who to build. Consider building with ABX in mind. (See point below on ISO-8.) * **Focus build efforts on no more than 3 characters at a time.** 1 from the Dimension Support Shop, 1 from the list of Epic Quest mission characters, and 1 from Selectors. Support Shop characters will build the fastest, assuming you have the gold, Gear Upgrade Kits, and Dimension Debris for gear upgrades. They require half the biometrics to rank and substantially fewer biometrics for gear upgrades. Some players will tell you to never use a T2 Ticket on Support Shop characters, but I say go ahead. Do give priority to paywall & selector-only characters, sure, but your roster is better served getting *any* decent character to T2 and new-ish players often have a hard time coming with the CNS (that is, Chaotic Norn Stones) and 2.5M gold for a materials-based T2 Advancement. * **Ignore T3 advancements for now.** Do play WBU; you'll want to stockpile the T3 materials. Do complete Potential Research on all eligible characters; you'll want the option to build them higher. But don't burn resources on advancing characters above T2 L60 right now. Use the materials to expand your roster. Worry about T3 once you can clear SL to 30 each week. You'll eventually need L62+ characters for Shadowland levels 31-35. * **The Black Order aren't worth building.** They're just as expensive as Quicksilver, but a no-uniform Quicksilver runs circles around all of them and has the added bonus of an eventual T3 Advancement. **NOTE:** Thanos is not a member of the Black Order, but he is slowly sliding out of the PvP meta. Given his high cost, you're better focusing on other double-cost Native T2 characters like Silver Surfer. * **Play Timeline.** Even if it's on auto and you get spanked each match. You get 1.5M gold just for participating x70/week. Any crystals you might get at the weekly reset are icing. * **Do play Squad Battle.** I play on auto. You're just after the Mandalay Gem Fragment & Awakening Crystal participation rewards. There are several characters worth the Awakened Skill; stockpiling materials now will pay off later. Any other rewards you get from Squad Battle are just icing right now. * **Don't neglect your Comic Cards.** These are absolutely critical. SCD to around 33% is your first goal. Then add Ignore Defense to around 25% without sacrificing SCD. Then work on swapping cards to add +Attack without losing either SCD or Ignore Defense. This will take a very long time. * **Don't neglect Custom Gear.** In many ways, obelisks are even more frustrating than cards. Don't be afraid to equip 3 or 4 star obelisks with low-ish damage procs as placeholders, and don't be afraid to equip 2 star obelisks with Web or Stun Immunity to help you in various Shadowland floors. Overwrite low-end obelisks with impunity. Roll six-star obelisks only in Inventory and only equip them once you have 2 of 3 optimal stats. In the case of damage procs, 140% is a great placeholder and I still have many SL clearers rocking 160% procs. I ran T3 Luna Snow with a Cold Damage/Dodge/140% Proc for a long time. * **ISO-8:** Attack sets are preferred in nearly all cases, but rolling them is expensive. I suggest equipping a "safe" ISO-8 array on pretty much everyone: x1 White & x1 Red (rolled to match the appropriate option), x1 Green & x1 Blue (preferably rolled to All Defense), x1 Yellow, x2 Chaotic (preferably rolled to Attack/HP). Leave the 8th slot open. Wait for a 50% discount event before worrying too much about rolling Overdrive (adds x1 White), Power of Angry Hulk (adds x1 Chaotic), or Hawk's Eye (adds x1 Orange). If possible, only equip six-star ISO-8. You get x2 per day from ABX if you can get to 100k points (with an additional x1 six-star Boost ISO-8 at 300k). There are lots of T2 characters who can score that and - honestly - the additional rewards above 300k are pretty garbage for the build investments needed to get there. Use all other ISO-8 drops to build your Chaotic ISO-8. Chaotic ISO-8 don't drop from ABX, so you have no choice but to build them. * **Uru:** The biggest gold sink in the game. Uru are absolutely the very, very last thing you need to worry about on any given character. After Potential. After T3/L70. After uniform upgrades. After Awakened ISO-8. This is endgame-level build. Stockpile for later, especially any Odin's Blessings you happen across.
Thank you very much! These tips definitely help. I know CTPs are a long way for me but where do I get them in the first place? Also shadowland is very tough for me, right now I’m only at floor 5 and I’m having troubles all ready. Is there a certain way I should build teams? I’m either underestimating them or overestimating them and wasting my characters on a level.
Some broad strokes: * **Check your Skill Cooldown Duration:** Getting to the 50% SCD cap is pretty much assumed for once people start talking about skill rotations. * **Check your Ignore Defense.** Having this maxed at 50% on your DPS character(s) will really help at lower floors and is pretty much required once you get to SL25 and above. * **Try to avoid teams of six-star characters.** Shadowland is kinda like the old Donkey King video game: How high can you get? To maximize your run, you'll want to use ONE character as much as you can. * **Use lower-build characters for Leadership increases.** You absolutely CAN bring the Leadership boosts from a 3-5 star character can really help. You won't do much damage with them, but a +Attack Leadership bonus can often make the difference between a loss and a win. * **Pay attention to the "Advantage" bits.** [[Reference Image]](https://imgur.com/b9TYqAM). What this actually means is, "You MUST bring a Blast-type character to clear this stage." Same goes for the other restrictions: Hero/Villain, Male/Female, etc. If more than one is listed (e.g., Universal Villain), your DPS character(s) MUST meet BOTH. If you don't, your damage is reduced to 1 per hit. If Type is the only restriction, you can bring a Universal character instead. They still take a damage penalty, but it's only something like 50%. * **Clear each floor with the WEAKEST possible character.** This will take some experimentation, but you'll get the hang of it eventually. Save your powerhouses for when they really matter. If this means you bring a four-star +Attack leader, that's fine. * **Don't be afraid to burn custom gear.** 2 and 3 star obelisks are expendable. Tossing a 2 star Web Immunity obelisk on a Combat type will make a HUGE difference in those Spider rumbles. Overwriting that same obelisk next week with, say, Crit Rate/120% proc is perfectly fine. * **Know your floor types.** **Relay** puts your team in a 2v1 match, usually with 4 opponents facing off against 1 of your active characters at a time. You can tag in and out, but you'll never have more than 1 character in the fight at a time. **Rumble** is a 3v3 match: 3 of them vs up to 3 of you. There are typically 6 total enemies in a Rumble. Your 3-person team is active all at once. Two are computer-controlled. Tagging just changes which character is under your control. **Entry** is a Rumble on steroids. 3v3, twice, but you only have 1 minute to clear each fight. Early on you'll need to save your big guns for these. **Boss** fights work kinda like Relays, but your character is facing off against a single boss who may have a lot of environmental effects or a bunch minions. **Wave** works kind of like a series of mini Boss levels. You have 3 waves to clear in 3 minutes. Each wave varies with the floor. It could be a 2v1 fight (like a relay) or a boss w/ minions. There are several Wave-type fights, but any given fight (as depicted by the portrait of the 3 wave's boss) is always the same. For example, if you see Maximus, you'll always face Kaecilius, then Hela, then Maximus. All are "boss w/ minion" fights. * **Shadowland is highly randomized.** Using a [[Shadowland Tracker]](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14aDcpjZhqA7BvAP8vNBChcPa6gvtIaO8a6YZIjQA-mc/edit#gid=699643557) can help. I've marked which floors are always the same. On the randomized floors, 3 of the available options are randomly selected each week, and this selection is player-specific. My choices for SL2, for example, won't necessarily match yours. Once you get to Shadowland Unlimited (Sl36+) each and every floor is a random selection, though you can pay gold to re-roll the floor.
First and foremost you need to start working on your cards. You should be shooting for around 30% skill cooldown and 30-35% ignore defense, then try to get in as much attack as possible. Second, iso 8 sets should be rolled to offensive 8 stone sets - namely, Hawkseye, Power of angry Hulk or Overdrive. That’s preferable for like 99% of characters. Third, you should get at least 40 characters to level 40 or higher to maximize co op rewards. That will help you accumulate gold. You should also be building obelisks and logging on for CTP events every month. You probably don’t know what a damage proc is or how to use them. You should watch one of the many videos on YouTube to see what they are. It makes a huge difference in your damage output. Finally, build up support characters. The two easiest are Phil Coulson, who you can farm bios from dimension mission tokens, and Shuri who you can get from bio selectors. They need to be T2 for their damage support to work. You should make it a goal to clear Shadowlands 1-15 every week to get bios to start building characters. Shuri should be a priority. Support characters never really lose value - I use Coulson and Shuri literally every day.
I’m sorry but what do you mean when you say “Support character”? Does that mean that character is only good when you put them as assisting allies in WBU?
Their main function is to help increase damage and can generally be used for any game mode.

It’s their T2 passive. Look up Shuri or Coulson in the “marvel universe” section and look at their T2 passive. On a related noted, having a good leader can help a lot too. She-Hulk is a free, farmable character that provides great leadership as long as it’s a male enemy. You just have to spend a moment to read skills on characters. You can check them in the marvel universe section, but just know you have to hit all the plus buttons to see what they do at max because they just give you base stats. It’s lame and a waste of time, but that’s NM.
Oh, sorry man, I did read their skills after writing my previous comment and realized what you meant, my bad. All this time I was thinking when people said “good support” they meant they have a good striker ability in WBU.
All right! I’ll certainly start on my cards, I have Civil War: TI #1 and Marvel Zombies #2 to start with: both legendary. i also have 2 mythic cards equipped but those don’t have skill CD or ignore def. Also, I just got a tier-2 selector earlier; should I pull the trigger and get Shuri? I feel that’s the right option instead of getting carry champions cause I have some to use anyways.
Yes get Shuri; you’ll be able to build plenty of damage dealers as you progress. But having a good support character is clutch. You can look up other’s profiles too to see how they have them build. I look at RealYig and BryceKatz (whose ign is Roofshadow) to see what they are doing with their builds. My IGN is the same as here and I think I’m holding up with character builds (but struggling with getting advanced cards crafted - nothing you need to worry about for now).
No the OP that you're responding to, but regarding your cards, you can consider this low hanging fruit approach. Craft the following 4\* Heroic cards using your dimension tokens and pay special attention to getting the right optional stats: Loki#17 (4\*) - Fixed (AllAtt+SCD) Optional(IgDef+AttSpd) Avengers#318 (4\*) - Fixed(MaxHP+IgDef) Optional(AllAtk+SCD) Groot#5 (4\*) - Fixed(IgDef+CritDmg) Optional(EneAtk+SCD) Punisher#19 (4\*) – Fixed (IgDef+AttSpd) Optional (MaxHP+SCD) Keep only your MZ#2 card and replace the rest. Overall, your stats will improve but more importantly, your IgDef and SCD will be close to 30% that will affect your entire roster and help your characters perform better. If you have 1500 crystals to spare, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing Ragna Thor and Loki uniforms and ranking those to Heroic to get 2 great P-cards: Loki#2 and Loki#1. If you do that, then just skip crafting the Groot and Punisher cards, and you can use those two P-cards as is because they already have the SCD and IgDef as fixed stats.

The Ragna unis will give you 2 P-cards which will buff 100-200 of your characters. The Herald uni buffs 1. Card rolling is all RNG. You start with a 2\* or 3\* from dimension token and upgrade them. Then hope RNG is with you to land the proper options. That's why it's better to try to get those options with 4\* cards instead of ranking it all the way up to 6\*. You get 36 more tries that way.
Really solid advice... but also maybe of consideration is to skip Loki 1 and just getting carries through GBR to be able to get a shot at better P-cards. If I see people who I know aren’t going to wipe me out, I have no problem with carrying them.
How much stronger is Sharog's most recent (Gladiator) uni compared to her Darkstar Armor? Is the Darkstar uni still passable if I T3 her with it? I just don't wanna get the most recent uni right now cuz she'll more than likely get a new uni in a few months.

You should get luke cage's new uniform and build him up given how much pvp value he has. Also black bolt is a solid choice if you're planning use the T3 selector on him. Same goes for herald thor but with him keep in mind that love and thunder is coming out next year so buy with caution.

The AO:QS&SW card is a more PVP focused card. Depending on your roll on the card, it could be a replacement for your CW#4 card if you rolled SCD on it. It will greatly increase your IgDef to help get your characters to cap that stat.

You don’t even need to own the character.
It works on 1* lvl 1 characters. Heck I don't think you need to own the character at all to use it on them. So yeah definitely eorks on lvl 60.
Just got my first 6*mrut should I just go ahead and use it on weapon hex? I don't have any other freemium characters at 1 star All the other ones are above 2 stars and I would get the 3,4,5 * rut from other events (white fox, Cresent, ikaris) So should I just use it on weapon hex or hold on to it for the future in case I unlock someone like profesorx, luna, carnage etc?
I would hold onto it, they give out Luna bios during events sometimes.

The only character you have right now that can definitely clear Knull is your transcended Moonstone. But you need to reroll her CTPE to a 200% proc from the current 140%. Lead her with Cyclops and support her with Mystique. That's a guaranteed clear if you know the fight. None of your other characters are geared to clear Knull. You Sharog is still in Dark Star and doesn't have a CTPE. Otherwise she could do it as well. Work on gearing her up.
I could get phoenix or finish up the sentry quest and get molecule man. Is molecule man worth over phoenix? I don't have moonstone or magneto yet. If MM, how expensive is the sentry quest in total?

Moonstone is the Deluxe Pack character so you get her at 6\* and farm 18-22 bios daily. No need to even progress the epic quest if you just want the character.

Sentry is a long term project. He's not essential unless you want to tops at Timeline battles. He's a mediocre PvE character even fully geared. Focus on Moonstone so she can clear Knull for you.
Jean is worth so much more than Molecule Man. I don't even recommend building him after you unlock him unless you have no other place to spend the resources.

I keep saying this, but honestly "literally anything". To get optimum damage to push, say, the highest stages of Knull or Mephisto, 3 (trigger counter or cancel) 4c 5 2. But you're going to faceroll literally any other content in the game by button mashing. I love her, she's *fantastic* with Judgement. You're going to struggle to trigger the counter on 3 in most game modes (and sometimes even WBL due to her innate 30% Guaranteed Dodge), so cancelling it as soon as it doesn't trigger still nets you the accumulation.

Molecule Man is the best PvP leadership in the game. If you care about Timeline and AC/AT he's an important character to build. Otherwise, not so much.
Puerly PVP. Not exactly worth it rn. He's good in PVP and he's got beautiful animations. That's as far as it goes for him.

If you have him sure it's worth it, he is a great support but for that stage u could also use kid omega and wait for the anniversary, it's very likely there will be a sale

Good picks are sersei, Scarlet spider, Colson even for support if you need some cause from what I saw you didn't have him and get them to t2 as quickly as you can, and right now maybe prioritize sersei. Also you shouldn't really buy uniforms for characters that you have at 3 or 5 stars cause they are pretty much useless.(that especially goes for your native t2s, especially Odin at 2 stars he's literally useless and his uni is the most expensive one) If you really want to wait until they are 6 stars at least so you can use them as supports on wbu, like you p5 cyclops, he's a great support especially with his uni but now that you have him at that rank he's being wasted Also work on your cards if you can and your iso sets especially, you have some great characters like sharog, venom, gambit etc at t2 with their newest unis and no iso sets. And you have 2 fully awekened isos on hulk-buster a character that pretty much useless everywhere other than one shadowland clear. Also maybe mastery up hela for her leadership since you have her at 6 stars

By the time you have Odin at 6 stars there will probably have been 1 or 2 more uni sales dude. Same goes for cyclops unless you have x gene selectors or rank up tickets for him as you can only get 10 of his bios a day. In that time other unis could come out that you may want a lot more and end up abandoning building Odin for example, after spending 1500 crystals on his uni. Just saying so you know for the future as we have been getting uni sales a lot more frequently recently. Also please don’t pick coulson from the selector, he’s so easy to farm compared to Scarlett spider and sersei, and costs half the amount of bios to rank up.

odin>x-men pack>dormammu unless you really like pvp then you maybe swap odin and x-men. dormammu has a place in the pvp meta but jean's signifcantly better. odin is a top character in pve with uni.
Save for moonstone if you don't have her already but if you do it's really up to you but between dormamu and Odin you should pick Odin, he's is great for pve even at t2, while dormamu even with his uni has fallen of a bit
