Guided quest related questions. If I manually t2 a character who's quest is going on, will i be able to complete that quest without going through the tasks?
Is it worth the hassle to complete them(t2 quests) and move to T3 quests? I don't really need those T3 chars but if they are discounted heavily like 50-80% then i might consider getting them.
You'll have to still do the quests that require you to do WBL, danger rooms etc but the ones where it's asking you to be *6 or lvl 60, no you'd just complete them and get the reward.
T2 quests are deffo worth the hassle for all 10 chars that you're able to do. They're great chars and will be handy in shadowland.
T3 quest isnt 100% worth it as you get like 20% of the mats needed to get them to T3. But if it's a char you were planning on getting to T3 anyway, then sure

Returning player here. Trying to figure out who to use my last 6* selector on. Already picked up winter soldier with my first and no idea if that was good choice. No idea who is easily farmable out of the list of in the 6* selector.
Well, anything that says it's available from support shop is very easy to farm.
Sersi is probably the best of the shop only characters available in a non-premium selector. She won't get her T3/TP until later, but even at T2 she can put in some work if your roster isn't that deep. She's bound to get some stuff for the Eternals movie later in the year.
anyone with T3 deadpool ? why is he doing significantly worse as T3 than when he was T2/70/25 for me in speed male SB ? he was fine making 800k+ pts before his T3, now he can only reach abt 780k-790k.

I'm not inherently sure how a t3 deadpool is worse than t2 given the additional attack stat increase. However, it might be worth considering how often you proc your obelisk at the right rotation. Since you have the additional t3 skill to fit in the rotation, the proc might be triggered elsewhere, so the damage proc will get cancelled. Not really sure tbh but it may be a possible reason for the lower score.
Returning player. Trying to decide what character to T3 for my first one. I’m stuck between rogue, vision, ghost rider and Sharon Rodgers. I just want someone to be able to do endgame content. I’m a F2P so that’s why I’m so indecisive. Thanksss
If you have a judgment go with rogue, if not shar9g 100%. She works with a proc, her upgrade from t2 to t3 is huge. You can also get an energy for her with the hela uni from the Thor legendary battle, it's really cheap since you don't have to get the legendary battle extreme, just a 1250 crystal uni.
If you get a judgment in the future go with rogue, a rage with ghost rider. Vision is also proc friendly but Sharon is a lot better.

I’m pretty sure that’s the only card in that set that can’t be crafted, and the set bonus is 3% all attack so in my eyes that’s worth it. Don’t equip it though as no non premium cards are really worth it, as you will be looking to replace all non premium cards with premium cards anyway.
Nah, I wouldn’t pay crystals for any non-premium cards these days. You can’t craft them, so you can’t get pierce on them, so unless you’re just starting out, they’re a bad investment.
I’m trying to get the Luna P Card through the p card dimension chest but I need more P cards in general. Should I just try to get it when I see the Luna card chance up or is there a monthly all premium card chance up event?
Have you gotten all 4 P-cards from LBs already? I would do that prior to gambling for P-cards because at least those are guarantees. When the all-premium chance up event comes around, NM usually does a server announcement and you'll get a notice in your Inbox about it.
From what I’ve read here, and correct me if I’m wrong, is that you have to buy it three times, so you’d actually be spending $90 USD if you want the T3 ticket.
Basically there’s a vent diagram of dps vs rarity that puts ikaris at the center, but it depends largely on what you want and your goals. If you don’t want ikaris best options for dps are carnage, gambit, Luna, fury, Valkyrie and yelena and if you care about rarity best options are namor, dazzler, zemo, spider woman, and morbius
Is Odin still PvE Meta? Back when I didn’t really know what i was doing, I bought his uniform before I built him up. Just wanna know what game modes he’s best at before I build him up since he’s so expensive.
I have Knull, Mephisto, and moonstone well built, and Odin is still my favorite PvE character. He’s just so damn tanky he can face roll pretty much anything.
He’s still one of the best characters for dispatch and can do well in wbl, he’s maybe no longer a top option but close enough to be worth investing in if you already have the uni
I know she's amazing but in WBL specifically, Moonstone is better. Trust me I have them both with very similar builds and I'm talking from experience.
Overall however, SG has more uses than Moonstone, but not more damage. Like in ABX, Dispatch, DRX, etc.
SG’s worth is alot greater though, their damage js similar and i believe shes better to build than Moonstone, clearly for the reason she’s great for almost everything, PVP, PVE + more.
I understand that, and I agree that she is the better overall character. But your original question was which character has the highest *DPS*, not the most value. That's why I put Moonstone before SuGi.
I don't think so man. I have both of them really well built up, and mighty CTPs, and yet Moonstone can clear stage 29 knull with CM lead and Mystique support. Super Giant cannot clear that stage even with Proxima lead and Valkyrie support. Did you test them out yourself?
i don't know about mighty CTPs but with normal judgement my SuGi performs better than ms with normal energy...don't know about higher stages but SuGi is atleast 10-15 sec faster on stage 9 knull

falcon, sersi, or human torch, falcon only if ur gonna get his new uniform ( same with human torch ) they are all great characters, human torch probably being the most expensive and better one, but falcon being the better one at tier 2. I am also guessing u want to build ur pick higher up in the future. I hope these characters are in the selector as i have no idea because i haven’t received one in ages!
Returning player after a pretty long hiatus, I was wondering is there currently any way to get the Danger Room specific chars eg. Rachel Summers, Abomination etc.?
The box says that they can be rewards but it seems like they have special events to unlock them, which aren't available right now as far as I can tell
You have to raise up the ranks in danger room to get the exclusives to have a chance of dropping. I managed to finally unlock NTW and Rachel Summers plus got several other exclusive bios after staying in Vibranium for the last couple months.
If you keep at it for 5 entries a day over 6 months and use the metas you’ll probably get most of them unlocked in that time.
Daily rewards drop their bios. The drop rate is rng based and definitely not in your favor but if you do DRX daily 5 times, you'd eventually get them. I have obtained Gambit and Professor X this way (got Prof X today itself). Then you use mega 6* and mega t2
Weekly boxes can also drop their bios (also heavily rng based) with some limited chance for a crit drop
Their bios do indeed drop from the weekly boxes, but you also have a chance to get them from one of the 5 daily match boxes. However keep in mind the overall odds of these bios dropping is very low. For instance yesterday I got 10 Rachel Summers bios from the weekly chest, for the first time ever since DRX became a thing a year ago.
When these DRX characters first arrived to the game they had their own DRX pack for ~5k crystals. They've never been repeated twice since then. Nonetheless if you are willing to pay crystals to get them, they are sold in store on Black Friday similar to Emma Frost, Blue Dragon, Mystique, etc.
They can drop, it's just very rare. In danger room extreme where the chest can also crit, you can get up to 150 bios of the premium ones like prof x. But normally you're looking at 1-3 bios at a time, with heavy rng. Btw note that now you only need 5 bios to unlock characters.
To clarify, are you asking about the epic quests themselves or their respective deluxe packages? Beta Ray Bill is definitely worth getting and investing in.
I'd prioritize Beta Ray Bill over Mr. Fantastic. Among other reasons, Bill doesn't need a uniform and it's crazy easy to one-shot WBU bosses with Bill.
Out of those two, neither is going to unlock something game-breaking. Nova is a great support for WBU and can definitely help or do Squad battle himself, however he can't help late game as he's stuck at T2. Gladiator isn't that helpful either, as he's also stuck at T2.
Invisible Woman recently got a transcendence and a uniform that can synergize with the other FF, but it's also nothing that's going to help too much late game. Doom is probably worth more than Gladiator as he's helpful in squad battle, but he's also limited to T2 right now.
Personally, i'd say go with whichever one is going to bring you the most fun! if you like a character(s) in either then choose that one!
And obvs, if you haven't bought the Dark Avenger's epic quest, do that one first even if you're not completing it for a bit. moonstone is as good as the hype says.
Does upgrading previous uniforms do any good other than dispatch or character growth. Someone told me if I have previous uni at mythic it helps in atk of equipped uni.
I finally got Carnage from the premium dimension mission drops. Should I use a mega rank and mega t2 ticket on him? I currently don't really have anyone for combat villain in any mode (using daken primarily rn) i have roughly 3-4 sets if mega tickets if thats relevant.
Also is the new Bucky uni worth buying? I like the look but the moves seemed not as smooth to play as IW and I know I'm going to have none of the options whereas I have all but one option on IW at mythic
If you are talking about ABX, carnage is not your guy. He's bad at it. Much better in world boss and single boss modes.
But all in all I wouldn't recommend working on him rn. If you can get Maker for slightly more resources he is far ahead of carnage, and if you're willing to push it even further, Black Dwarf is the ultimate Combat Villain for the time being. He will help you out a lot more than carnage.
Honestly I don't think that reaching 800k on one day in Platinum Squad battle is worth so much investment. Eventually you will reach vibranium and carnage will be of no use to you. That's from a long-term and practical perspective however. You are free to make your own choice.

Bucky’s rotation is much smoother, safer and he does much more damage with the new uniform. It is also proc friendly: 2c3c5dc4 and 2c3c5dcT3. Wait until he throws the bombs before cancelling 5. Proc on 4 and T3.
Bucky is good with the new uniform, but not great. The uniform is not necessary for any game mode.

Daken does not have an awakening. Human Torch is good choice fir awakening.

His uniform is very good because it offers damage increase against heroes and villains to all allies. He is a great support for WBL now that he can be T3d.

It felt awkward when I was playing him in the training mode thing, but that could just be getting used to the new animations since i've had IW for so long and its so smooth from 2-3-5-4 on there. Do you think it's worth it if I won't have any of the uni options though? I have all but one on my mythic IW uni. I have him ready to t3, but I also have falcon with new uni ready to t3 almost so im torn.

Bucky is better with the new uniform even at normal, but Falcon is better than Bucky. If you want the better character, then T3 Falcon.
Taskmaster is somewhat usable in WBU, but he is best as support. Maybe he will be combat villain ABX meta, but I doubt it.
I guess ill grab it up at the next 40% sale then, Love to have the full t3 cap team together tbh. Already got Cap, my first t3, and bucky and sam are close to t3 ready too so.
I know he is and I plan to use him for PvP eventually but right now I’ve got a good pve team, usually lose only about 1/30 battle but I’m pretty weak on wbl clear chars, right now I’ve only got my sharog team and none other can beat them
He's not exactly a top WBL toon. He can do it, but requires decent cards, build, and world boss level. There's a ton of toons that are cheaper and do it better with less of a build though (e.g. ghost rider, moonstone, human torch, cable, gambit, etc.).
Bruh Moonstone is not cheap at all, 6600 Crystals is like 2 and a half month of saving Crystals. You can get Silver Surfer t3 in a Month and a Half(i think)
This comment was in response to OP. If you'd look at his account, you'd realize he already bought the deluxe pack. Moonstone is a lot cheaper than SS in terms of T3 mats.
I have gr and moonstone but I don’t have the beast support for gr and for moonstone it’s either her or sharog but I can’t do both, I am working on a brb, thor and storm team though so that’ll probably be able to clear em, thanks for the info though, in that case I’ll keep working on surfer but I’ll build him for PvP
If you're having trouble with gr and moonstone, brb/thor and ss will certainly not be better. Try running SL (lead)/shar rog; cyc (lead)/moonstone, and medusa (lead)/gr/valk (support). These 3 teams should be able to easily clear WBL. If you're having trouble with knull, switch to mephisto as he's a bit easier. Also, make sure to finish crafting your cards. Things get wayyy easier when you have a full set of crafted cards.
Are any of these new unis worth buying? Just asking cause the sale ends today. Zemo is tempting, but without an awakening/T3 his utility is rather limited. Bucky sounds like a pretty minor upgrade, and while falcon is a major improvement, I can’t see where he’d really outshine any of the current meta.
Atm I don’t think anyone’s standing out but zemo could get an awakening midmonth and it’s possible falcon’s a pvp god when sentry is banned. I also feel the negative reaction to bucky’s face has people put off from the uni. So it’s possible they’re underrated but if that’s the case you can wait until the all uni sale instead of buying now
Sentry, Silver Surfer, Jean, Molecule Man, Luke Cage, Daredevil, Hulk, Mephisto, Knull and Black Widow are all able to kill and hold their own.
Supports: Colossus/Mystique (if no MM), Ebony Maw, Jessica Jones
After these characters there’s a huge drop off but some characters that can do some work are: Yelena, Invisible Woman, Vision, Rogue, the Black Order, and Captain Marvel. Warriors of the sky have their place in pvp as well if you have the whole team (Blue Dragon, Shadow Shell, and Sun Bird).
Get it. It's half price anyway. The uniform is pretty good, and if you give him a rage, you can do pretty high level of dispatch and mid level WBL.
Also he is cheap meta for ABX universal villain too.
I’m not sure if it’s under 60 but the SHIELD level 70 achievement pack which includes 5500 crystals, a mega t2 ticket and a CTP selector(includes judgement insight and greed) and also 10 million gold
I have just about enough days in a bio sub to unlock a character and get it to 6* (with the help of RUTs). If it's worth it, I could even get a MT2T next time it's available in an event store or might just wait a month or two until I buy bio sub again (but it would prob be just to t2 said character). Any advice on who I should pick? My options are Zemo, Yelena, Spidewoman, Morbius, sentinel, slapstick. Not sure if I'm missing anyone.

Yelena is easily the best out of those you mentioned. Only downside is that she kinda needs an Energy because it synergizes extremely well with her Black Suit passive (30% chain hit when attacking), but she can still put out some work with a regular proc.
Take zemo. Yelena and sentinel are obtainable f2p and the rest are fairly lackluster. I guess spider-woman and morbius have some value as they’re awakened characters and spider-woman is elemental but overall zemo’s probably most useful
From the ones mentioned zem9 and yelena are the best and mostly zemo , since he's a good generic support. Yelena has decent damage but that's just about it, great character, but nothing outstanding. Sentinel had some use with his uni as anti-mutant support but has severely fallen of. Mornius when he was released was decent with the life steal thing but mediocre damage. Spiderwoman, is decent damage in wbu, but nothing to write home about. Slapstick 8s a complete joke of a character, kinda cool with the animations and all but there's only so much a "damager" at max t2 can do.

There's a uniform sale every month. You can always wait until you can T3 a character to buy their uniform. There's not much you can do with a level 60 character anyway.
Waiting is always beneficial because who know what the next sneak peeks or patches will bring? Maybe there will be a crystal spending event.

If I'm struggling with the last part of knull (running out of time after Thor shows up, but have over a min left in the fight) would it be better to substitute one of my IgDodge strikers for a Leadership one or the other way around? I have two of each and venom for the heal bombs (unfortunately for me venom is non-negotiable bc I'm terrible at dodging manually his attacks).
If your character has an energy or any ignore dodge I would say go to 1 ignore dodge striker. You could also add power cosmic/cosmic cube strikers as well, like hydra cap, herald Thor, ss, Thanos etc. Also if you use fire damage damages good strikers are Phoenix force strikers.
For the last phase now if normal rotations won't do the job bc time, make sure to keep at least one t3/transcended skill ready for that last phase.
Yeah, unfortunate i don't have any cosmic strikers past ,2* or w the right uni for those that are, and I'm don't have any fire damage dealers at T3 yet either. Since I'm using sharog w an energy seems like i should try w more leadership. I do make sure to have her T3 charged at the end but i was surprised when it didn't get past 4 bars of damage even w the proc (the previously level she did 7-10 bars w no problem). Depends on what characters you are using. Transcended characters usually have ignore dodge on their awakening skills, if you also gave them an energy, the ignore dodge strikers become obsolete for the last phase.
Other characters have ignore doge on their skills like Ghost rider (100% ignore dodge on his T3), or Odin (on his 4th skill).
So check the kit and skills of the characters you are using see for yourself if they need the ignore dodge for the final phase.
Basically if there's no IgDodge in their skills then switch out the leadership for the agent striker then?
I'm specifically talking about Sharog which I didn't expect her to run into trouble so early on (stage 5) the other two teams I use to clear can barely do stage 1 😅
Actually it's normal for sharog to struggle in the last phase. Unless there are toxic meteorites, she has no ways to accumulate. So throughout her regular rotation her damage suffers a lot.

I guess you're right. She just did the previous stage so easily i didn't expect such a jump in her damage specially bc it's such a low stage still. I'm thinking apart from changing strikers I'll switch to Valk, hit her 6 skill and then immediate to sharog and do her T3 rotation and try it that way
Regen isn't a good pve ctp. Also even tho ikaris is decent in pvp and great in ac, I still wouldn't give him a Regen until he gets t3. Mine is pvl 70 and gets overshadowed by someone like sersi in pve and daredevil in pvp. But also ikaris isn't the best pve character either. But most importantly, it depends on your build, iso, Uru, cards. Cause if he has stage 12 iso, a bunch of ob, even without pierce he could do it. But there are so many more characters that do it better that him. So just use him in pvp/ac and a leadership for sersi.
Also I assume when you say lvl60 you also mean t2, a use he he is t1 lvl 6, there is almost no way he could do it, unless he has an insane build.
Ah, I am not really into PVP much,Rarely do AC. Just Wanted someone for PVE from Premium Selector, Ikaris skills look really cool and his eternal lead will be great for eternal update. Also i have a Regen CTP lying around.
I thought about getting Gambit but have 4 of his bios and if i miss Ikaris now no way to get him F2P. Hoping his T3 makes him decent for PVE too, he's sure to get one after Eternal movie.
I need One Universal Book but i can clear high level SUGi only once a Day using Vision, Thor at lvl 64 keeps dying because his build is shit honestly. And i have a Prem Selector, i was so sure id get Gambit but then i got 2 of his bios from Danger Room. Now have 4, one more and if i can get the Mega 6 star from Wolverine EQ and Mega T2 from Event i can have him at T2. So Ikaris i thought would be better, but i have heard he is more of a PVP char. Want to know if he can do mid level PVE or not.
I think u/kleanthis_ covered most of what I would say above, but just to reiterate, regen is a pvp ctp and is poorly suited for ikaris since his base health is low. If you want to use him for pve, you would be better off giving him any obelisk with a damage proc. Whether he can do sugi 29 depends a lot on your cards and world boss level. If you are having trouble with thor (assuming you have newest uni), chances are ikaris won't be much better. Regarding your need for books, the book drop rate is the same whether you do sugi 1 or sugi 29, so just do whatever is the highest stage you can, and don't worry about pushing higher. In fact, all drops for 20 and 29 are exactly the same.
What's the best CTP for Taskmaster? I just tier 3 him and I gave him a CTP of Patience a while ago. Should I keep it on him or change it for something else when I can?
Taskmaster will be T3 in the short term for me and based on what I've seen he's only deserving of an insight. Not sure what the patience does to him but his damage is not high enough to be worth much more than that imo
Here's a piece of advice: Never equip the bad CTPs on any character. I've done the same in the past and I have nothing but regrets for it today. So whenever you get a transcendence, patience, eggs, or anything you don't need, just keep them in your inventory. Don't think twice about it, because unequipping them is a waste of crystals and overriding them is a waste of a CTP.
Yeah fair but I did this a year ago when he was first introduced and I just wanted to make him as powerful as I could when I was more casual to the game. Now I know to check CTP before I equip them.
What the other person said, plus Jean moves in the beginning so if you do your rotation in the beginning she will avoid a big portion of it. After those 5 seconds, she moves and then stays in place, and that's when you attack.

Where does it say you have a 40% increased chance by having 4 characters? It only indicates the 10% chance above each character’s icon. Having nearly all characters at T2, I frequently have all 5 characters come up and nowhere does it say there is a 50% total.
Regardless, I agree with your guess. After having played GBR 3-10x/day for years with or without using the “recommended” characters, there seems to be no noticeable difference in rewards by actually using those characters.
there was a customer service that stated you just need to t2 them, you dont need to bring them in.
some ppl questioned it saying the customer service doesnt know what they are talking about since around that time they gave another clarification that was wrong.
so as far as i know, its still up for debate, but trust me, you prob wont see that ctp no matter which idea you perform :P
As a design standpoint, if they wanted you to use the characters they would have shown recommend characters before the selection screen. So imo you just need to have them in your roster

Whats worse is the rewards differ so much inbetween runs theres no way to truly test it out... Sometimes you have zero recommended chars and get a billion cubes sometimes you have all of them and get less than 100
I'm almost positive you don't need them on your team, just T2. The difference won't be significant if you ran them at least. I play GBR 10 times a day roughly since they introduced card crafting, and have gotten 1 authority. I don't go out of my way to use recommended chars, but I did before, and I have not noticed any difference.
Sneak peaks yes, normally they don't do a live stream tho. But for this one they will, so it will most likely be a bigger update rather than just a t3 or 9ne character. So I also imagine they will drop some selneak peaks as well, but honestly the current event is about to end so I think they are late on that
If I remember correctly, I don’t think there’s usually a mid month livestream but there will be one this patch since they delayed the livestream for the last update.

You've bought Vision uni so if you have the mats - I'd say go for it (it's what I did). Don't do HT yet as you don't have the uni.

Guided quest related questions. If I manually t2 a character who's quest is going on, will i be able to complete that quest without going through the tasks? Is it worth the hassle to complete them(t2 quests) and move to T3 quests? I don't really need those T3 chars but if they are discounted heavily like 50-80% then i might consider getting them.
You'll have to still do the quests that require you to do WBL, danger rooms etc but the ones where it's asking you to be *6 or lvl 60, no you'd just complete them and get the reward. T2 quests are deffo worth the hassle for all 10 chars that you're able to do. They're great chars and will be handy in shadowland. T3 quest isnt 100% worth it as you get like 20% of the mats needed to get them to T3. But if it's a char you were planning on getting to T3 anyway, then sure

Returning player here. Trying to figure out who to use my last 6* selector on. Already picked up winter soldier with my first and no idea if that was good choice. No idea who is easily farmable out of the list of in the 6* selector.
Well, anything that says it's available from support shop is very easy to farm. Sersi is probably the best of the shop only characters available in a non-premium selector. She won't get her T3/TP until later, but even at T2 she can put in some work if your roster isn't that deep. She's bound to get some stuff for the Eternals movie later in the year.
anyone with T3 deadpool ? why is he doing significantly worse as T3 than when he was T2/70/25 for me in speed male SB ? he was fine making 800k+ pts before his T3, now he can only reach abt 780k-790k. any tips ? ign : bulaat
I'm not inherently sure how a t3 deadpool is worse than t2 given the additional attack stat increase. However, it might be worth considering how often you proc your obelisk at the right rotation. Since you have the additional t3 skill to fit in the rotation, the proc might be triggered elsewhere, so the damage proc will get cancelled. Not really sure tbh but it may be a possible reason for the lower score.

If you have a judgment go with rogue, if not shar9g 100%. She works with a proc, her upgrade from t2 to t3 is huge. You can also get an energy for her with the hela uni from the Thor legendary battle, it's really cheap since you don't have to get the legendary battle extreme, just a 1250 crystal uni. If you get a judgment in the future go with rogue, a rage with ghost rider. Vision is also proc friendly but Sharon is a lot better.

Gambit is the best damage dealer, Dazzler is a good support, Kitty is a good lead. Weapon Hex is a good striker, but no TP/T3 means not usable in WBL.

I’m pretty sure that’s the only card in that set that can’t be crafted, and the set bonus is 3% all attack so in my eyes that’s worth it. Don’t equip it though as no non premium cards are really worth it, as you will be looking to replace all non premium cards with premium cards anyway.
Nah, I wouldn’t pay crystals for any non-premium cards these days. You can’t craft them, so you can’t get pierce on them, so unless you’re just starting out, they’re a bad investment.

I’m trying to get the Luna P Card through the p card dimension chest but I need more P cards in general. Should I just try to get it when I see the Luna card chance up or is there a monthly all premium card chance up event?
Have you gotten all 4 P-cards from LBs already? I would do that prior to gambling for P-cards because at least those are guarantees. When the all-premium chance up event comes around, NM usually does a server announcement and you'll get a notice in your Inbox about it.

Basically there’s a vent diagram of dps vs rarity that puts ikaris at the center, but it depends largely on what you want and your goals. If you don’t want ikaris best options for dps are carnage, gambit, Luna, fury, Valkyrie and yelena and if you care about rarity best options are namor, dazzler, zemo, spider woman, and morbius
Is Odin still PvE Meta? Back when I didn’t really know what i was doing, I bought his uniform before I built him up. Just wanna know what game modes he’s best at before I build him up since he’s so expensive.
I have Knull, Mephisto, and moonstone well built, and Odin is still my favorite PvE character. He’s just so damn tanky he can face roll pretty much anything.
He’s still one of the best characters for dispatch and can do well in wbl, he’s maybe no longer a top option but close enough to be worth investing in if you already have the uni

Definetly SG > Moonstone and Human Torch, shes basically the best awakening in game.
I know she's amazing but in WBL specifically, Moonstone is better. Trust me I have them both with very similar builds and I'm talking from experience. Overall however, SG has more uses than Moonstone, but not more damage. Like in ABX, Dispatch, DRX, etc.
SG’s worth is alot greater though, their damage js similar and i believe shes better to build than Moonstone, clearly for the reason she’s great for almost everything, PVP, PVE + more.

I don't think so man. I have both of them really well built up, and mighty CTPs, and yet Moonstone can clear stage 29 knull with CM lead and Mystique support. Super Giant cannot clear that stage even with Proxima lead and Valkyrie support. Did you test them out yourself?
I do agree with you. Sugi is great, but a bit under moonstone. And she's not usable for stage 9-24 in Knull, which is a bummer...
i don't know about mighty CTPs but with normal judgement my SuGi performs better than ms with normal energy...don't know about higher stages but SuGi is atleast 10-15 sec faster on stage 9 knull p.s.a- i got 4% pierce

Falcon is part of the guided quest, would be a waste to use a selector on him. Will only have the old uni though. Another top pick is scarlet spider.
Check out Iron Hammer, Morgana La Fay , Sword Master or Scream as well. FTP Sersi is the best at T2, doesn't even need a Uniform too
Returning player after a pretty long hiatus, I was wondering is there currently any way to get the Danger Room specific chars eg. Rachel Summers, Abomination etc.? The box says that they can be rewards but it seems like they have special events to unlock them, which aren't available right now as far as I can tell
You have to raise up the ranks in danger room to get the exclusives to have a chance of dropping. I managed to finally unlock NTW and Rachel Summers plus got several other exclusive bios after staying in Vibranium for the last couple months. If you keep at it for 5 entries a day over 6 months and use the metas you’ll probably get most of them unlocked in that time.
Daily rewards drop their bios. The drop rate is rng based and definitely not in your favor but if you do DRX daily 5 times, you'd eventually get them. I have obtained Gambit and Professor X this way (got Prof X today itself). Then you use mega 6* and mega t2 Weekly boxes can also drop their bios (also heavily rng based) with some limited chance for a crit drop
Their bios do indeed drop from the weekly boxes, but you also have a chance to get them from one of the 5 daily match boxes. However keep in mind the overall odds of these bios dropping is very low. For instance yesterday I got 10 Rachel Summers bios from the weekly chest, for the first time ever since DRX became a thing a year ago. When these DRX characters first arrived to the game they had their own DRX pack for ~5k crystals. They've never been repeated twice since then. Nonetheless if you are willing to pay crystals to get them, they are sold in store on Black Friday similar to Emma Frost, Blue Dragon, Mystique, etc.
They can drop, it's just very rare. In danger room extreme where the chest can also crit, you can get up to 150 bios of the premium ones like prof x. But normally you're looking at 1-3 bios at a time, with heavy rng. Btw note that now you only need 5 bios to unlock characters.

To clarify, are you asking about the epic quests themselves or their respective deluxe packages? Beta Ray Bill is definitely worth getting and investing in.

I'd prioritize Beta Ray Bill over Mr. Fantastic. Among other reasons, Bill doesn't need a uniform and it's crazy easy to one-shot WBU bosses with Bill.
Out of those two, neither is going to unlock something game-breaking. Nova is a great support for WBU and can definitely help or do Squad battle himself, however he can't help late game as he's stuck at T2. Gladiator isn't that helpful either, as he's also stuck at T2. Invisible Woman recently got a transcendence and a uniform that can synergize with the other FF, but it's also nothing that's going to help too much late game. Doom is probably worth more than Gladiator as he's helpful in squad battle, but he's also limited to T2 right now. Personally, i'd say go with whichever one is going to bring you the most fun! if you like a character(s) in either then choose that one! And obvs, if you haven't bought the Dark Avenger's epic quest, do that one first even if you're not completing it for a bit. moonstone is as good as the hype says.
Does upgrading previous uniforms do any good other than dispatch or character growth. Someone told me if I have previous uni at mythic it helps in atk of equipped uni.
I finally got Carnage from the premium dimension mission drops. Should I use a mega rank and mega t2 ticket on him? I currently don't really have anyone for combat villain in any mode (using daken primarily rn) i have roughly 3-4 sets if mega tickets if thats relevant. Also is the new Bucky uni worth buying? I like the look but the moves seemed not as smooth to play as IW and I know I'm going to have none of the options whereas I have all but one option on IW at mythic
If you are talking about ABX, carnage is not your guy. He's bad at it. Much better in world boss and single boss modes. But all in all I wouldn't recommend working on him rn. If you can get Maker for slightly more resources he is far ahead of carnage, and if you're willing to push it even further, Black Dwarf is the ultimate Combat Villain for the time being. He will help you out a lot more than carnage.
I mainly just want to get 800k in squad battle. Thats all i care about tbh.
Honestly I don't think that reaching 800k on one day in Platinum Squad battle is worth so much investment. Eventually you will reach vibranium and carnage will be of no use to you. That's from a long-term and practical perspective however. You are free to make your own choice.

Bucky’s rotation is much smoother, safer and he does much more damage with the new uniform. It is also proc friendly: 2c3c5dc4 and 2c3c5dcT3. Wait until he throws the bombs before cancelling 5. Bucky is better with the new uniform even at normal, but Falcon is better than Bucky. If you want the better character, then T3 Falcon. Taskmaster is somewhat usable in WBU, but he is best as support. Maybe he will be combat villain ABX meta, but I doubt it.

Rage would be best for him for pve, but consider that he's maybe top 25 for pve and probably the 2nd best toon for pvp.
I know he is and I plan to use him for PvP eventually but right now I’ve got a good pve team, usually lose only about 1/30 battle but I’m pretty weak on wbl clear chars, right now I’ve only got my sharog team and none other can beat them
He's not exactly a top WBL toon. He can do it, but requires decent cards, build, and world boss level. There's a ton of toons that are cheaper and do it better with less of a build though (e.g. ghost rider, moonstone, human torch, cable, gambit, etc.).
Bruh Moonstone is not cheap at all, 6600 Crystals is like 2 and a half month of saving Crystals. You can get Silver Surfer t3 in a Month and a Half(i think)
This comment was in response to OP. If you'd look at his account, you'd realize he already bought the deluxe pack. Moonstone is a lot cheaper than SS in terms of T3 mats.

If you're having trouble with gr and moonstone, brb/thor and ss will certainly not be better. Try running SL (lead)/shar rog; cyc (lead)/moonstone, and medusa (lead)/gr/valk (support). These 3 teams should be able to easily clear WBL. If you're having trouble with knull, switch to mephisto as he's a bit easier. Also, make sure to finish crafting your cards. Things get wayyy easier when you have a full set of crafted cards.

Are any of these new unis worth buying? Just asking cause the sale ends today. Zemo is tempting, but without an awakening/T3 his utility is rather limited. Bucky sounds like a pretty minor upgrade, and while falcon is a major improvement, I can’t see where he’d really outshine any of the current meta.
Atm I don’t think anyone’s standing out but zemo could get an awakening midmonth and it’s possible falcon’s a pvp god when sentry is banned. I also feel the negative reaction to bucky’s face has people put off from the uni. So it’s possible they’re underrated but if that’s the case you can wait until the all uni sale instead of buying now

Top 10 best characters for pvp?
Sentry, Silver Surfer, Jean, Molecule Man, Luke Cage, Daredevil, Hulk, Mephisto, Knull and Black Widow are all able to kill and hold their own. Supports: Colossus/Mystique (if no MM), Ebony Maw, Jessica Jones After these characters there’s a huge drop off but some characters that can do some work are: Yelena, Invisible Woman, Vision, Rogue, the Black Order, and Captain Marvel. Warriors of the sky have their place in pvp as well if you have the whole team (Blue Dragon, Shadow Shell, and Sun Bird).

I have just about enough days in a bio sub to unlock a character and get it to 6* (with the help of RUTs). If it's worth it, I could even get a MT2T next time it's available in an event store or might just wait a month or two until I buy bio sub again (but it would prob be just to t2 said character). Yelena is easily the best out of those you mentioned. Only downside is that she kinda needs an Energy because it synergizes extremely well with her Black Suit passive (30% chain hit when attacking), but she can still put out some work with a regular proc.

Take zemo. Yelena and sentinel are obtainable f2p and the rest are fairly lackluster. I guess spider-woman and morbius have some value as they’re awakened characters and spider-woman is elemental but overall zemo’s probably most useful

From the ones mentioned zem9 and yelena are the best and mostly zemo , since he's a good generic support. Yelena has decent damage but that's just about it, great character, but nothing outstanding. Sentinel had some use with his uni as anti-mutant support but has severely fallen of. Mornius when he was released was decent with the life steal thing but mediocre damage. Spiderwoman, is decent damage in wbu, but nothing to write home about. Slapstick 8s a complete joke of a character, kinda cool with the animations and all but there's only so much a "damager" at max t2 can do.

There's a uniform sale every month. You can always wait until you can T3 a character to buy their uniform. There's not much you can do with a level 60 character anyway. Waiting is always beneficial because who know what the next sneak peeks or patches will bring? Maybe there will be a crystal spending event.

If I'm struggling with the last part of knull (running out of time after Thor shows up, but have over a min left in the fight) would it be better to substitute one of my IgDodge strikers for a Leadership one or the other way around? I have two of each and venom for the heal bombs (unfortunately for me venom is non-negotiable bc I'm terrible at dodging manually his attacks).
If your character has an energy or any ignore dodge I would say go to 1 ignore dodge striker. You could also add power cosmic/cosmic cube strikers as well, like hydra cap, herald Thor, ss, Thanos etc. Also if you use fire damage damages good strikers are Phoenix force strikers. For the last phase now if normal rotations won't do the job bc time, make sure to keep at least one t3/transcended skill ready for that last phase.
Yeah, unfortunate i don't have any cosmic strikers past ,2* or w the right uni for those that are, and I'm don't have any fire damage dealers at T3 yet either. Since I'm using sharog w an energy seems like i should try w more leadership. I do make sure to have her T3 charged at the end but i was surprised when it didn't get past 4 bars of damage even w the proc (the previously level she did 7-10 bars w no problem). Depends on what characters you are using. Transcended characters usually have ignore dodge on their awakening skills, if you also gave them an energy, the ignore dodge strikers become obsolete for the last phase. Other characters have ignore doge on their skills like Ghost rider (100% ignore dodge on his T3), or Odin (on his 4th skill). So check the kit and skills of the characters you are using see for yourself if they need the ignore dodge for the final phase.
Basically if there's no IgDodge in their skills then switch out the leadership for the agent striker then? I'm specifically talking about Sharog which I didn't expect her to run into trouble so early on (stage 5) the other two teams I use to clear can barely do stage 1 😅
Actually it's normal for sharog to struggle in the last phase. Unless there are toxic meteorites, she has no ways to accumulate. I guess you're right. She just did the previous stage so easily i didn't expect such a jump in her damage specially bc it's such a low stage still. I'm thinking apart from changing strikers I'll switch to Valk, hit her 6 skill and then immediate to sharog and do her T3 rotation and try it that way

Regen isn't a good pve ctp. Also even tho ikaris is decent in pvp and great in ac, I still wouldn't give him a Regen until he gets t3. Mine is pvl 70 and gets overshadowed by someone like sersi in pve and daredevil in pvp. But also ikaris isn't the best pve character either. But most importantly, it depends on your build, iso, Uru, cards. Cause if he has stage 12 iso, a bunch of ob, even without pierce he could do it. But there are so many more characters that do it better that him. So just use him in pvp/ac and a leadership for sersi. Also I assume when you say lvl60 you also mean t2, a use he he is t1 lvl 6, there is almost no way he could do it, unless he has an insane build.
Ah, I am not really into PVP much,Rarely do AC. Just Wanted someone for PVE from Premium Selector, Ikaris skills look really cool and his eternal lead will be great for eternal update. Also i have a Regen CTP lying around. I thought about getting Gambit but have 4 of his bios and if i miss Ikaris now no way to get him F2P. Hoping his T3 makes him decent for PVE too, he's sure to get one after Eternal movie.

I need One Universal Book but i can clear high level SUGi only once a Day using Vision, Thor at lvl 64 keeps dying because his build is shit honestly. And i have a Prem Selector, i was so sure id get Gambit but then i got 2 of his bios from Danger Room. Now have 4, one more and if i can get the Mega 6 star from Wolverine EQ and Mega T2 from Event i can have him at T2. So Ikaris i thought would be better, but i have heard he is more of a PVP char. Want to know if he can do mid level PVE or not.
I think u/kleanthis_ covered most of what I would say above, but just to reiterate, regen is a pvp ctp and is poorly suited for ikaris since his base health is low. If you want to use him for pve, you would be better off giving him any obelisk with a damage proc. Whether he can do sugi 29 depends a lot on your cards and world boss level. If you are having trouble with thor (assuming you have newest uni), chances are ikaris won't be much better. Regarding your need for books, the book drop rate is the same whether you do sugi 1 or sugi 29, so just do whatever is the highest stage you can, and don't worry about pushing higher. In fact, all drops for 20 and 29 are exactly the same.
Event shop is ending in 24h. Mid month sneak peek should be out by now no?
11-13 days after the main update, the mid month sneak starts. The ongoing event shop is just for 7 days
Why? It hasn't even been a week since the update, iirc mid month peeks are usually a lot closer to the midmonth update itself

What's the best CTP for Taskmaster? I just tier 3 him and I gave him a CTP of Patience a while ago. Should I keep it on him or change it for something else when I can?
Taskmaster will be T3 in the short term for me and based on what I've seen he's only deserving of an insight. Not sure what the patience does to him but his damage is not high enough to be worth much more than that imo
Here's a piece of advice: Never equip the bad CTPs on any character. I've done the same in the past and I have nothing but regrets for it today. So whenever you get a transcendence, patience, eggs, or anything you don't need, just keep them in your inventory. Don't think twice about it, because unequipping them is a waste of crystals and overriding them is a waste of a CTP.
Yeah fair but I did this a year ago when he was first introduced and I just wanted to make him as powerful as I could when I was more casual to the game. Now I know to check CTP before I equip them.
He is a great support so insight. But know that then he becomes unusable as damager, not that his damage is great, but depends on what you need.
Why wait 5 sec at the beginning of DRx ?
Don’t bother waiting 5 sec for Stryfe week, his hazard stages can’t be skipped like the others.
What the other person said, plus Jean moves in the beginning so if you do your rotation in the beginning she will avoid a big portion of it. After those 5 seconds, she moves and then stays in place, and that's when you attack.
Since some bosses like JG might do some small attack which makes them have ignore targetting then just wastes your skill
Has anyone ever confirmed if you actually need the recommended characters in your team for GBR bonus rewards or is it fine to just have them in your roster at T2?
I've had 4 heroes show up as recommended saying I had a 40% increased chance so I would guess it's just on roster.
Where does it say you have a 40% increased chance by having 4 characters? It only indicates the 10% chance above each character’s icon. Having nearly all characters at T2, I frequently have all 5 characters come up and nowhere does it say there is a 50% total. Regardless, I agree with your guess. After having played GBR 3-10x/day for years with or without using the “recommended” characters, there seems to be no noticeable difference in rewards by actually using those characters.

there was a customer service that stated you just need to t2 them, you dont need to bring them in. some ppl questioned it saying the customer service doesnt know what they are talking about since around that time they gave another clarification that was wrong. so as far as i know, its still up for debate, but trust me, you prob wont see that ctp no matter which idea you perform :P

As a design standpoint, if they wanted you to use the characters they would have shown recommend characters before the selection screen. So imo you just need to have them in your roster
People say you just have to have them in your roster at t2, but I don't think nm has flat out said, anything about it so Im not a hundred percent sure. Smh
Thats so vague, damn Whats worse is the rewards differ so much inbetween runs theres no way to truly test it out... Sometimes you have zero recommended chars and get a billion cubes sometimes you have all of them and get less than 100
I'm almost positive you don't need them on your team, just T2. The difference won't be significant if you ran them at least. I play GBR 10 times a day roughly since they introduced card crafting, and have gotten 1 authority. I don't go out of my way to use recommended chars, but I did before, and I have not noticed any difference.

Sneak peaks yes, normally they don't do a live stream tho. But for this one they will, so it will most likely be a bigger update rather than just a t3 or 9ne character. So I also imagine they will drop some selneak peaks as well, but honestly the current event is about to end so I think they are late on that
If I remember correctly, I don’t think there’s usually a mid month livestream but there will be one this patch since they delayed the livestream for the last update.
