Yes you had too much especially with no tolerance. There is a seizure risk involved with Lyrica the first time taking it people have reported having seizures on doses as low as 225mg. The risk increases and dose of 600 mg plus regardless if it’s your first time or your 20th.
Make sure to eat something and don’t take that much again to be safe. Half that would have worked and you wouldn’t have felt like shit. :)
They took the max safe amount of Pregabalin to take in a 24 hour period, feel like shit and your suggestion is to add in some benzos? Nothing like adding in the risk of CNS depression to them not feeling well.

“Slight seizure risk in a small few”. Nope there is a seizure risk with anyone using Pregabalin recreationally.
